dc.description.abstractPenelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh relaksasi otot terhadap stres belajar siswa. Pengaruh tingkat self efficacy terhadap stres belajar siswa. Pengaruh interaksi relaksasi otot dam self-efficacy terhadap stress belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain fakorial yang melibatkan dua atau lebih variabel bebas (sekurang-kurangnya satu yang dimanipulasi). Hasil screening test yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa dari 61 siswa yang melakukan screening test diketahui 54 subjek mengalami stres belajar, lalu dari jumlah tersebut dibagi ke dalam 2 kelompok secara acak yaitu kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji koefisien secara parsial (uji t) dengan menggunakan SPSS 23.0. Hasil penelitian meununjukkan bahwa relaksasi otot berpengaruh terhadap stress belajar siswa MTs. Negeri 2 Asahan. Hasil Asymp Sig. (2-tailed) yang menunjukkan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil daripada taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa probabilitas di bawah 0,05 maka Ho1 ditolak sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh antara stress belajar siswa sebelum relaksasi dan sesudah relaksasi sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa relaksasi otot berpengaruh terhadap stress belajar siswa MTs. Negeri 2 Asahan. Self efficacy tidak berpengaruh terhadap stress belajar siswa MTs. Negeri 2 Asahan. Hasil Asymp Sig. (2-tailed) yang menunjukkan signifikansi sebesar 0,675 lebih besar daripada taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa probabilitas di atas 0,05 maka Ho2 diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh self efficacy terhadap stress belajar siswa MTs. Negeri 2 Asahan. Relaksasi otot dan self efficacy tidak berpengaruh terhadap stress belajar siswa MTs. Negeri 2 Asahan. Hasil uji t tingkat signifikansi relaksasi otot dan self efficacy menunjukkan angka probabilitas jauh di atas 0,05 (α = 5%) yaitu masing-masing 0,863 dan 0,359. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa interaksi kedua variabel tersebut tidak mempengaruhi tingkat stress belajar. This study aims to determine the effect of muscle relaxation on student learning stress. This study used a quantitative descriptive with a factorial design involving two or more independent variables (at least one being manipulated). The results of the screening test that had been carried out showed that of the 61 students who carried out the screening test, it was found that 54 subjects experienced learning stress, then from that number they were randomly divided into 2 groups, namely the control group and the experimental group. Data analysis was performed by partially coefficient test (t test) using SPSS 23.0. The results showed that muscle relaxation had an effect on the learning stress of MTs students. Negeri 2 Asahan. Asymp Results Sig. (2-tailed) which shows a significance of 0.000 smaller than the significance level of 0.05. This shows that the probability is below 0.05, so Ho1 is rejected, so it can be concluded that there is an influence between student learning stress before relaxation and after relaxation so that it can be concluded that muscle relaxation affects the learning stress of MTs students. Negeri 2 Asahan. Self-efficacy has no effect on the stress of MTs students' learning. Negeri 2 Asahan. Asymp Results Sig. (2-tailed) which shows a significance of 0.675 which is greater than the significance level of 0.05. This shows that the probability is above 0.05, so Ho2 is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is no effect of self-efficacy on learning stress for MTs students. Negeri 2 Asahan. Muscle relaxation and self-efficacy have no effect on learning stress for MTs students. Negeri 2 Asahan. The results of the t test, the significance level of muscle relaxation and self-efficacy, showed the probability value was far above 0.05 (α = 5%), namely 0.863 and 0.359, respectively. So it can be concluded that the interaction of the two variables does not affect the stress level of learning.en_US
