dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan anatar kompensasi dan motivasi kerja dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan outsourcing di UIN Sumatera Uatara Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling dalam pemilihan subjek. Subjek dalam penelitian ini dalah seluruh kerja karyawan outsourcing di UIN Sumatera Uatara Medan sebanyak 44 orang. Ada tiga hipotesis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini: (1) Ada hubungan positif antara kompensasi dengan kepuasan kerja, (2) Ada hubungan positif antara motivasi kerja dengan kepuasan kerja, (3) Ada hubungan positif antara kompensasui, motivasi kerja dengan kepuasan kerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kompensasi dengan kepuasan kerja. Dimana koefisien r sebesar 0,836 dan p = 0,000. Korelasinya bersifat positif , artinya jika kompensasi meningkat maka kepuasan kerja juga meningkat. Koefisien determinan Koefesien determinan R² sebesar 0,699, artinya bahwa 69,9% kepuasan kerja dipengaruhi oleh kompensasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa hipotesis 1 yang diajukan diterima. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja dengan kepuasan kerja. Dimana koefisien r sebesar 0,890 dan p = 0,000. Korelasinya bersifat positif, artinya jika motivasi kerja meningkat maka kepuasan kerja juga meningkat. Koefesien determinan R² sebesar 0,793, artinya bahwa 79,3% kepuasan kerja dipengaruhi oleh motivasi kerja. Secara bersama-sama variabel kompensasi dan motivasi kerja terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dengan kepuasan kerja. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari tabel model sumarry dimana korelasi r sebesar 0,895 dan p = 0,000. Artinya secara bersama-sama variabel X1 dan X2 mempengaruhi variabel Y. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini maka ketiga hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini dinyatakan diterima. Koefesien determinan R² sebesar 0,801, artinya bahwa 80,1% kinerja dipengaruhi oleh kompensasi dan motivasi kerja. Sedangkan 19,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dapat dijelskan dalam persamaan regresi tersebut (residual). This study aims to determine the relationship between compensation and work motivation with job satisfaction of outsourcing employees at the State Islamic University of North Sumatera. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a positive relationship between compensation, work motivation and job satisfaction. The study was conducted to all 44 outsourcing employees at the State Islamic University of North Sumatera, with a sampling technique that is total sampling. The technique of data collection uses the documentation method, and the scale method is the scale of the organizational culture and the scale of the organization's climate. Data analysis uses multiple regression techniques. Based on the results of the study, there is a significant positive relationship between compensation and job satisfaction. Where the coefficient r is 0.836 and p = 0.000. The coefficient determinant of R² is 0.699, meaning that 69.9% of job satisfaction is influenced by compensation. There is a significant positive relationship between work motivation and job satisfaction. Where the coefficient r is 0.890 and p = 0.000. The coefficient determinant of R² is 0,793, meaning that 79.3% of job satisfactionis influenced by the work motivation. Together the compensation and work motivation variables have a significant positive relationship with job satisfaction. This can be seen from the sumarry model table where the correlation r is 0.895 and p = 0.001. This means that together with the variables X1 and X2 affect the variable Y. Based on the results of this study, the three hypotheses proposed in this study were accepted. The coefficient determinant of R² is 0.801, meaning that 80.1% of job satisfaction is influenced by compensation and work motivation. While 19.9% is influenced by other factors that cannot be described in the regression equation (residual). | en_US |
