Abstract: Usaha kuliner berkembang, ditandai dengan berbagai jenis usaha kuliner yang bisa ditemukan, mulai dari warung, restoran, rumah makan, kafe, bar dengan ciri khas masing-masing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan pedagang RFC (Rice Fried Chicken) di Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan, Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret sampai April 2020 di Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan, Kabupaten Deli Serdang dengan jumlah sampel pedagang RFC sebanyak 30 responden yang diambil melalui teknik sampel jenuh atau sensus. Sedangkan metode pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan rata-rata yang diperoleh pedagang RFC di Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan, Kabupaten Deli Serdang adalah sebesar Rp.4.006.000,- per bulan. Berdasarkan hasil uji - t diperoleh bahwa secara parsial variabel modal usaha, dan lokasi usaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan pedagang RFC di Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan, Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Sedangkan variabel harga jual dan pengalaman tidak berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan pedagang RFC di Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Selanjutnya variabel modal usaha, harga jual, pengalaman dan lokasi usaha secara bersamasama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan pedagang RFC di Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan, Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Pengaruh tersebut sebesar 57,7% dan sisanya 42,3% dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel lain. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the income of RFC (Rice Fried Chicken) traders in Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency. This study uses a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach. This research was conducted from March to April 2020 in Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency with a total sample of 30 RFC traders taken through the saturated sample or census technique. While the data collection method using questionnaires and interviews. The results showed that the average income earned by RFC traders in Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency was Rp. 4.006.000,- per month. Based on the results of the t-test, it was found that partially the variables of business capital and business location had a positive and significant effect on the income of RFC traders in Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency. While the selling price and experience variables have no effect on the income of RFC traders in Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency. Furthermore, the variables of working capital, selling price, experience and business location together have a significant effect on the income of RFC traders in Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency. The effect is 57.7% and the remaining 42.3% is explained by other variables.
