dc.description.abstract | Berdasarkan kebutuhan pasar, semakin melonjak tinggi, akan produk perkebunan biji kopi dikalangan masyarakat luas, diindonesia tata cara pengelolahan bahan baku biji kopi, masih tradisional, menggunakan panas sinar matahari. sedangkan diindonesia sendiri memiliki dua musim, yaitu musim hujan, musim kemarau. belakangan ini Indonesia dilanda musim pancaroba, produktiktifitas para petani akan terhambat, tidak efektif menghasilkan produk siap dipasarkan, namun seiringnya perkembangan zaman, pendidikan, teknologi alat pengering sangat membantu mobilitas, dalam memproduksi bahan baku terbaik pada petani, maka sistemmatis alat pengering ini, berperan penting untuk mencukupi kebutuhan pasar, menggunakan system pengering laju aliran udara panas, menghasilkan 50℃ aliran silang, ruang pengering suhu bertempratur 40℃ berfungsi mengeringkan biji kopi menggunakan aliran laju udara panas. Maka hasil dari penelitian tersebut mendapatkan hasil 1.36 kg, berat mula-mula 1,5 kg, waktu 2 jam dapat mengurangi kadar air 9.4 %. Based on market demand, which is increasingly soaring, for coffee bean plantation products among the wider community, especially among the Indonesian people, the Indonesian process for processing raw coffee beans is still traditional, which still uses heat in the sun. Meanwhile, Indonesia itself has two seasons, namely the rainy season and the dry season, and it has recently been hit by an extreme transition season, and the productivity of farmers will be hampered and ineffective, to produce ready-to-be marketed products.However, with the development of times, education, and technology; drying equipment technology is very helpful for mobility in producing good raw materials for farmers, this dryer systematically played an important role in meeting the soaring market needs. By using a drying system of hot airflow, it was generated 50ºC in crossflow, and in a 40ºC temperature drying chamber which serves to dry the coffee beans by using the hot air flow rate.So the results of this study got the results of 1.36 kg with an initial weight of 1.5 kg with 2 hours could reduce water content by 9.4%. | en_US |
