dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara beban kerja dengan stres kerja pada Satuan Dalmas Direktorat Samapta Polda Sumut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Adapun jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 75 orang anggota Satuan Dalmas Direktorat Samapta Sumut. Pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengambilan data dengan model skala likert melalui beban kerja dan stress kerja. Uji hipotesis menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment dari Karl Pearson dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 21.0 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan metode analisis korelasi r Product Moment, diketahui bahwa ada hubungan positif antara beban kerja dengan stress kerja dimana rxy = -0,539 dengan signifikan p = 0.000 < 0,050. Artinya hipotesis yang diajukan Ada hubungan negatif antara beban kerja dengan stres kerja. Diasumsikan bahwa semakin baik beban kerja maka akan semakin rendah stres kerja yang atau sebaliknya beban kerja buruk maka akan meningkatkan stres kerja, dinyatakan diterima. Koefisien determinan (r2) dari hubungan antara variabel bebas X dengan variabel terikat Y adalah sebesar r2 = 0,290 Ini menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berkontribusi terhadap stres kerja sebesar 29%. Berdasarkan hasil nilai rata-rata empiric dan hipotetik maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa beban kerja yang diterima tergolong rendah dengan nilai rata-rata hipotetik 65 dan nilai rata-rata empiric 48,52 dan stres kerja yang diterima tergolong rendah sebab nilai rata-rata hipotetik 77,5 dan nilai rata-rata empiric 56,87. This study aims to determine the relationship between workload and work stress at the Dalmas Unit, Directorate of Samapta, North Sumatra Regional Police. This study uses quantitative methods. The number of samples in this study were 75 members of the Dalmas Unit of the North Sumatra Samapta Directorate. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. Data collection technique with Likert scale model through workload and work stress. Hypothesis test using product moment correlation technique from Karl Pearson using SPSS 21.0 for windows program. Based on the results of the analysis using the Product Moment r correlation analysis method, it is known that there is a negative relationship between workload and work stress where rxy = -0.539 with a significant p = 0.000 <0.050. This means that the proposed hypothesis has a positive relationship between workload and work stress. It is assumed that the better the workload, the lower the work stress, or vice versa, the worse the workload, the higher the work stress, is accepted. The determinant coefficient (r2) of the correlation between the independent variable X and the dependent variable Y is r2 = 0.290. This indicates that the workload contributes to work stress by 29%. Based on the results of the empirical and hypothetical average values, it can be concluded that the workload received is low with a hypothetical average value of 65 and an empirical average value of 48.52 and the work stress received is low because the hypothetical average value is 77, 5 and the empirical mean value is 56.87.en_US
