dc.description.abstractFlywheel adalah sebuah piringan yang karena beratnya dapat menahan perubahan kecepatan yang drastis sehingga gerak putar poros menjadi lebih halus. Mencari pengaruh massa flywheel seberapa besar momen pada flywheel terhadap daya yang dihasilkan pada alat free energy. Akibat tingginya tingkat pemakaian dan penggunaan listrik saat ini, berapa suflay hasil energi yang diberikan per-KWH, Rata-rata DMP listrik Sumut sekitar 2200 MW dengan beban puncak 1.950 MW, sehingga PLN Sumbagut punya cadangan daya sekitar 10 persen. Namun begitu, pemadaman listrik masih tetap saja kerap kali dilakukan walaupun hanya sebentar. Pemadaman ini dikeluhkan pelanggan karena terjadi pada saat-saat kritis seperti malam hari, atau ketika banyak warga melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari.
