dc.description.abstract | Penggunaan plastik yang banyak dalam kehidupan sehari-hari merupakan salah satu faktor utama banyaknya limbah plastik di Indonesia. Plastik sulit terurai di alam, bahkan hingga ratusan tahun. Hal ini yang menyebabkan limbah plastik menjadi masalah bagi lingkungan. Perlu dilakukannya upaya pemanfaatan limbah plastik, salah satunya dalam pembuatan bata plastik. Pemanfaatan cacahan limbah plastik sebagai substitusi agregat dalam pembuatan bata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Sifat mekanik bata padat dengan serat limbah plastik. Diperoleh hasil pengujian kuat tekan dan kuat impak bahwa batako plastik yang menggunakan 20,32 % serat plastik memiliki nilai rata-rata yang lebih besar dibandingkan batako plastik yang menggunakan 20,3 %, 20,4, 20,47 dan 20,55 % serat plastik. Nilai kuat tekan dengan menggunakan 20,3 %, 20,32 %, 20,4, 20,47 %, 20,5 %, dan 20,55 % serat plastik, memiliki kuat tekan rata-rata sebesar 60,76 kg/m2; 190,96 kg/m2, 52,08 kg/cm2, 121,52 kg/m2, 52,08 kg/m2 dan 121,52 kg/m2. Untuk nilai kuat impak dengan menggunakan 20,3 %, 20,32 %, 20,4 %, 20,47 %, 20,5 %, dan 20,55 % serat plastik memiliki harga impak sebesar 5300 J/m2 5100 J/m2, 10200 J/m2, 5100 J/m2, 5300 J/m2 dan 5100 J/m2. The use of a lot of plastic in everyday life is one of the main factors of the large amount of plastic waste in Indonesia. Plastic is difficult to decompose in nature, even for hundreds of years. This causes plastic waste to become a problem for the environment. It is necessary to make efforts to use plastic waste, one of which is in the manufacture of plastic bricks. Utilization of plastic waste as an aggregate substitution in brick making. This study aims to analyze the mechanical properties of solid bricks with plastic waste fibers. Obtained strong press and strong impact test results that plastic bricks that use 20.32% of plastic fibers have a greater average value than plastic bricks that use 20.3%, 20.4, 20.47 and 20.55% plastic fiber. Strong press values using 20.3%, 20.32%, 20.4, 20.47 %, 20.5%, and 20.55% plastic fiber, have an average press strength of 60.76 kg/m2; 190.96 kg/m2, 52.08 kg/cm2, 121.52 kg/m2, 52.08 kg/m2 and 121.52 kg/m2. For impact strong values using 20.3 %, 20.32 %, 20.4%, 20.47%, 20.5%, and 20.55% plastic fibers have impact prices of 5300 J/m2 5100 J/m2, 10200 J/m2, 5100 J/m2, 5300 J/m2 and 5100 J/m2. | en_US |
