Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada karyawan PT.Pelindo I Medan. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) adalah bentuk perilaku yang dilakukan karyawan diluar tugas utamanya di tempat kerja. Dukungan organisasi adalah persepsi karyawan mengenai seberapa besar kepedulian organisasi terhadap kesejahteraan karyawannya. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu ada pengaruh dukungan organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling, sampel berjumlah 66 karyawan. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan model skala likert. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan skala dukungan organisasi. Metode analisis data Regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan, maka di peroleh f = 4,242 R2 = 0,146 dengan P = 0,001 perhitungan nilai rata rata hipotetik dan empirik dukungan organisasi 85,48 dan 57,5 maka tergolong tinggi dan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) 105,06 dan 87,5 tergolong tinggi. Sedangkan Be% =14,6% masih ada 85,4% faktor lain yang mempengaruhi OCB. Hal ini berarti hipotesis yang di ajukan dinyatakan diterima. Dalam penelitian ini juga menggunakan analisis data independent sample t-tes guna mengetahui perbedaan OCB ditinjau berdasarkan masa kerja dan jenis kelamin. Maka diperoleh hasil T-Test masa kerja yaitu 0,860 dan berdasarkan jenis kelamin yaitu 0,608 hasil yang diperoleh diketahui tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara perbedaan OCB ditinau dari masa kerja maupun jenis kelamin. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational support on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) for employees of PT Pelindo I Medan. OCB is a form of behavior carried out by employees outside of their main duties and is an individual contribution that exceeds the demands of a role in the workplace. Organizational support is the employee's perception of how much appreciation, concern, and treatment the organization has on the welfare of its employees. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, a sample of 66 employees. The data collection method uses a Likert scale model. This study uses the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) scale and the organizational support scale. Method of data analysis simple linear regression. Based on the data analysis carried out, the obtained f = 4.242 R2 = 0.146 with P = 0.001 calculation of the hypothetical and empirical mean value of organizational support 85.48 and 57.5, it is classified as high and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) 105.06 and 87 , 5 is classified as high. Meanwhile, Be% = 14.6%, there are still 85.4% other factors that influence OCB. This means that the proposed hypothesis is accepted. In this study also used independent sample t-test data analysis to determine differences in OCB in terms of length of service and gender. Then the results of the T-Test work tenure are 0.860 and based on gender is 0.608, the results obtained show that there is no significant difference between the differences in OCB in terms of tenure and gender.
