Abstract: | Transportasi memegang peranan yang sangat penting dalam segala bidang kehidupan masyarakat. Hal ini membuat kebutuhan masyarakat akan transportasi sangat tinggi, sehingga kepemilikan kendaraan akan meningkat. Meningkatnya volume lalu lintas bisa menimbulkan kemacetan dan kerusakan struktur perkerasan terutama pada permukaan jalan yang disebabkan oleh kendaraan. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan yaitu dengan overlay. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan tebal lapis tambah (overlay) dengan menggunakan metode Bina Marga T-05-2005 B dan Manual Desain Perkerasan Jalan 2017. Metode perhitungan tebal lapis tambah (overlay) perkerasan lentur pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Bina Marga T-05-2005 B dan metode Manual Desain Perkerasan Jalan 2017. Dari hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan dengan metode Bina Marga 2005 diperoleh nilai CESA sebesar 1.744.095,98 ESAL dan dwakil sebesar 1,540 serta menghasilkan tebal lapis tambah (overlay) sebesar 10 cm dimana AC-WC sebesar 4 cm dan AC-BC sebesar 6 cm. Berdasarkan metode Manual desain Perkerasan Jalan 2017 diperoleh nilai CESA4 sebesar 1.046.413,025 ESAL, CESA5 sebesar 1.314.532,170 ESAL dan dwakil sebesar 1,780 serta mengahasilkan tebal lapis tambah (overlay) sebesar 12 cm dimana AC-WC sebesar 4 cm dan AC-BC sebesar 8 cm. Perbedaan ini dikarenakan adanya perbedaan parameter dan prosedur perhitungan dari kedua metode tersebut. Dengan memperhatikan faktor koreksi terhadap MAPT, maka tebal lapis tambah menurut Bina Marga 2005 yaitu setebal 10 cm dengan AC-WC 4 cm dan AC-BC 6 cm yang dipilih sebagai lapis tambah desain ruas jalan Silangit – Sp.3 Muara – Muara – Bakkara (Bts. Humbahas) Kab. Tapanuli Utara. Transportation plays a very important role in all areas of people's lives. This makes the community's need for transportation very high, so that vehicle ownership will increase. Increased traffic volume can cause congestion and damage to the pavement structure, especially on the road surface caused by vehicles. One of the efforts that can be done is by overlaying. The purpose of this study was to determine the difference in overlay thickness using the Bina Marga T-05-2005 B method and the 2017 Road Pavement Design Manual. The method of calculating the thickness of the flexible pavement overlay in this study uses the Bina Marga T-05-2005 B method and the 2017 Road Pavement Design Manual method. From the results of the analysis that has been carried out using the 2005 Bina Marga method, the CESA value is 1,744,095.98 ESAL and 1.540 for the representative and produces an overlay thickness of 10 cm where AC-WC is 4 cm and AC-BC is 6 cm. Based on the 2017 Road Pavement Design Manual method, the CESA4 value is 1,046,413,025 ESAL, CESA5 is 1,314,532.170 ESAL and the representative is 1,780 and produces an overlay thickness of 12 cm where AC-WC is 4 cm and AC-BC is 8 cm. This difference is due to differences in the parameters and calculation procedures of the two methods. By taking into account the correction factor for MAPT, the added layer thickness according to Bina Marga 2005 is 10 cm thick with AC-WC 4 cm and AC-BC 6 cm which was chosen as the added layer for the design of the Silangit – Sp.3 Muara – Muara – Bakkara road section ( Bts. Humbahas) Kab. North Tapanuli. |
