Hubungan Antara Konformitas dengan Perilaku Merokok pada Remaja Laki-Laki di Dusun I Desa Cinta Rakyat Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Konformitas dengan Perilaku Merokok pada Remaja Laki-Laki di Dusun I Desa Cinta Rakyat Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah remaja laki-laki di dusun I desa cinta rakyat kecamatan percut sei tuan yang berjumlah 51 orang remaja. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode total sampling dimana sampel yang diambil berjumlah sama dengan populasi. Teknik pengambilan data dengan menggunakan model skala Likert. Analisis data menggunakan analisis product moment. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya korelasi dengan 0,762 p < 0,000, hal ini berarti hipotesis berbunyi ada hubungan positif antara Konformitas dengan Perilaku Merokok pada Remaja Laki-Laki di Dusun I Desa Cinta Rakyat Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan. Di mana semakin tinggi konformitas, maka semakin tinggi perilaku merokok, sebaliknya semakin rendah konformitas, maka semakin rendah perilaku merokok. Adapun koefisien determinasi dari korelasi sebesar 𝑟2=0,581 artinya konformitas memberikan sumbangan efektif terhadap perilaku merokok sebesar 58,1% sedangkan sisanya ditentukan oleh faktor lain yang mempengaruhi dalam penelitian ini diantaranya; pengaruh orang tua, pengaruh teman, faktor kepribadian, pengaruh iklan, faktor farmakologis, faktor sosial, faktor psikologis, faktor biologis, faktor lingkungan sosial, faktor demografis, faktor sosiokultural, faktor sosial politik, alat pergaulan, kepuasan saraf, sumber kenikmatan, penenang, perangsang, memenuhi kecanduan, dan keterbiasaan. This study aims to determine the correlation between of conformity and smoking behavior on adolescents men in Dusun I Desa Cinta Rakyat Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan. This study uses a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were 51 boys in the village of Cinta Rakyat, Percut Sei Tuan, the village of Percut Sei Tuan, totaling 51 teenagers. The sampling technique uses a total sampling method where the sample taken is the same as the population. Data collection techniques using a Likert scale model. Data analysis using product moment analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a correlation with 0.762 p <0.000, this means that the hypothesis says that there is a positive correlation between of conformity and smoking behavior on adolescents men in Dusun I Desa Cinta Rakyat Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan. Where the higher the conformity, the higher the smoking behavior, conversely the lower the conformity, the lower the smoking behavior. The coefficient of determination of the correlation of = 0.581 means that conformity gives an effective contribution to smoking behavior by 58.1%, while the rest is determined by other factors that influence this study including; parental influence, peer influence, personality factors, advertising influence, pharmacological factors, social factors, psychological factors, biological factors, social environmental factors, demographic factors, sociocultural factors, socio-political factors, social tools, nervous satisfaction, sources of enjoyment, sedatives, stimulant, addictive, and habitual.
