Iklim Organisasi memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 71,7%. Mean empiric variabel iklim organisasi yang diperoleh yaitu 101.03 sedangkan mean empiric variabel OCB sebesar 91.79 lalu untuk mean hipotetik variabel iklim organisasi sebesar 80 dan mean hipotetik variabel OCB sebesar 72.5. This study aims to determine the relationship between Organizational Climate and OCB in multi-business cooperative employees. OCB is the positive behavior of employees who carry out tasks beyond their responsibilities or outside their obligations, participate in an active role in the company, and help voluntarily without coercion and do not expect a reward and there is no penalty for this, while organizational climate is a condition, atmosphere, or conditions of an organization that make members of the organization show their behavior either positively or negatively on their work. The population of this study were 38 employees of the multi-purpose cooperative and 38 samples of this study were taken using the total sampling method. This study uses two psychological scales, namely the organizational climate scale and the OCB scale using a Likert scale model. The results of this study indicate the correlation coefficient of rxy = 0.843 with p = 0.000 (p <0.050), meaning that there is a positive relationship between organizational climate and OCB. With these results, the hypothesis in this study that there is a positive relationship between organizational climate and OCB is accepted. The positive correlation coefficient value indicates that the direction of the relationship between the two variables is positive. Organizational climate gave an effective contribution of 71.7%. The empiric mean of the organizational climate variable obtained is 101.03, while the mean empiric of the OCB variable is 91.79, then the hypothetical mean of the organizational climate variable is 80 and the hypothetical mean of the OCB variable is 72.5.
