dc.description.abstractMasalah penelitian ini adalah adanya kesenjangan antara harapan dengan kondisi empirik tentang resiliensi guru di dalam bekerja di SMA Negeri 2 Medan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi resiliensi guru di dalam bekerja, yaitu mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap resiliensi guru dalam bekerja di SMA Negeri 2 Medan, pengaruh organizational citizenship organization rekan kerja terhadap resiliensi guru dalam bekerja di SMA Negeri 2 Medan, dan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan organizational citizenship organization rekan kerja secara simultan terhadap resiliensi guru dalam bekerja di SMA Negeri 2 Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat menjelaskan (explanatory) pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah (variabel X1) dan organizational citizenship behavior rekan kerja guru (variabel X2), secara parsial dan simultan terhadap resiliensi guru dalam bekerja di SMA Negeri 2 Medan (variabel Y). Penelitian bersifat penelitian ex post facto. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 84 orang guru, diambil secara total dari populasi penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Ada pengaruh positif secara signifikan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap resiliensi guru dalam bekerja di SMA Negeri 2 Medan, dengan kontribusi sebesar 65,70%; 2) Ada pengaruh positif yang signifikan organizational citizenship behavior rekan kerja terhadap resiliensi guru dalam bekerja di SMA Negeri 2 Medan, dengan kontribusi sebesar 75,70%; dan 3) Ada pengaruh positif yang siginifikan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan organizational citizenship behavior rekan kerja secara simultan terhadap resiliensi guru dalam bekerja di SMA Negeri 2 Medan, dengan kontribusi sebesar 78,00%. Sisanya sebesar 22% resiliensi guru dalam bekerja di SMA Negeri 2 Medan dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti di dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian tambahan menemukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah, organizational citizenship behavior rekan kerja, dan resiliensi guru di dalam bekerja di SMA Negeri 2 Medan termasuk kategori cukup. The problem of this research is that there are gaps between ideally and empirically condition about teacher’s resilience in work at SMAN 2 Medan. The purpose of this research is to know factors that influences teacher’s resilience in work, namely knowing the effect of principal’s transformational leadership style on teacher’s resilience in work at SMAN 2 Medan, the effect of colleague’s organizational citizenship organization on teacher’s resilience in work at SMAN 2 Medan, and the effect of transformational leadership style and colleague’s organizational citizenship organization simultaneously on teacher’s resilience in work at SMAN 2 Medan. This research used explanatory quantitative research approach, the effect of principal’s transformational leadership style (variable X1) and colleague’s organizational citizenship behavior (variable X2), partially and simultaneously on teacher’s resilience in work at SMAN 2 Medan (variable Y). This research was ex post facto. The research samples amounted to 84 teachers, were taken totally from the research population. The research results showed that : 1) There was significantly impact of principal’s transformational leadership style on teacher’s resilience in work at SMAN 2 Medan, its contribution as much as 65,70%; 2) There was positive significantly colleague’s organizational citizenship behavior on teacher’s resilience in work at SMAN 2 Medan, with contribution as much as 75,70%; and 3) There was positive significantly principal’s transformational leadership style and colleague’s organizational citizenship behavior simultaneously on teacher’s resilience in work at SMAN 2 Medan, with contribution as much as 78,00%. The rest of result was as much as 22% of teacher’s resilience in work at SMAN 2 Medan influenced by some unexamined other factors in this research. The additional research result founded that principal’s transformational leadership style, colleague’s organizational citizenship behavior and teacher’s resilience in work at SMAN 2 Medan were classified on the middle.en_US
