dc.description.abstract | Riau merupakan salah satu provinsi yang ada di Indonesia yang memiliki beberapa keragaman budaya yaitu, Atib Ko Ambai yang terletak di Kepenghuluan Teluk Nilap Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. Atib Ko Ambai merupakan budaya tolak bala yang dilaksanakan pada hari raya ketiga Idul Fitri yang hanya dilakukan oleh laki- laki saja. Budaya ini diwariskan turun temurun pada masyarakat Kubu. Atib Ko Ambai berisi puji-pujian terhadap tuhan dengan di ucapkan berulang dengan doa dan berdzikir. Seiring berkembangnya zaman perlahan kebudayaan ini mulai kehilangan eksistensinya di kalangan generasi muda oleh karena itu, peran Pemerintah Desa dan Masyarakat dalam melestarikan budaya ini sangat diperlukan dalam hal ini. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori peran Soekanto Sulistyowati (2017:211), penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui teknik wawancara, observasi serta dokumentasi. Penelitian ini terdiri dari informan utama, informan kunci, informan tambahan. Dalam penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peran Pemerintah Desa sudah ikut andil dalam pelaksanaannya, namun masih banyka memiliki kekurangan. Sedangkan peran Masyarakat sudah baik dengan terlibat aktif dalam pelakasanaan. Riau is one of the provinces in Indonesia that has several cultural diversity, namely Atib Ko Ambai which is located in the Kepenghuluan Teluk Nilap, Rokan Hilir regency. Atib Ko Ambai is a culture of rejecting reinforcements which is carried out on the third Eid Al-Fitr which is only done by men. This culture is passed down from generation to generation in the kubu community. Atib ko Ambai contains praises to god by repeating it with prayer and dzikir. As time progressed, this culture slowly began to lose its existence among the younger generation, therefore, the role of the village government and community in preserving this culture was very necessary in this regard. The theory used in this study is the role theory of Soekanto Sulistyowati (2017:211), this study uses a qualitative descriptive method through interview, observation and documentation techniques. This research consist of main informants, this study concludes that the role of the vuillage government has taken part in its implementation, but is still has many shorcomings. While the role of the community is good by being actively in involved un the implementation. | en_US |
