Pengaruh Kreativitas Belajar dan Efikasi Diri Terhadap Motivasi Berprestasi Di SMK Negeri 1 Merdeka

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat: pengaruh kreativitas belajar dan efikasi diri terhadap motivasi berprestasi di SMK Negeri 1 Merdeka. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah : ada pengaruh kreativitas belajar dan efikasi terhadap motivasi berprestasi di SMK Negeri 1 Merdeka. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 250 siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 1 Merdeka, teknik pengambilan data dengan cara metode skala yaitu skala kreativitas belajar, skala efikasi diri dan skal motivasi berprestasi yang mana sebelumnya ketiga skala tersebut diuji cobakan terhadap 46 para siswa kelas X,dan penelitian sebanyak 204 siswa . Populasi keseluruhan siswa SMK Negeri 1 Merdeka mulai kelas X, XI,XII berjumlah 949 siswa, teknik pengambilan sampel adalah random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknis analisis regresi berganda dan hasil penelitian mengajukan a). Ada pengaruh yang positif kreativitas belajar terhadap motivasi berprestasi siswa SMK Negeri 1 Merdeka, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan koefisien korelasi (rX1-Y) = 0.426 dan sig F change sebesar 0,001, dimana sig < 0,010,bobot sumbangan 78,730 % maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa antara variabel kreativitas belajar memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap motivasi berprestasi siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 1 Merdeka. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka hipotesis yang di ajukan dinyatakan di terima. b). Ada pengaruh yang positif efikasi diri terhadap motivasi berprestasi dengan koefisien korelasi (rX2-Y)= 0,479; sig < 0,001; dan bobot sumbangan efektif sebesar 70.824 %, sehingga dapat disimpulkan variabel efikasi diri memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap motivasi berprestasi siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 1 Merdeka.c). Ada pengaruh yang positif antara kreativitas belajar dan efikasi diri secara bersamaan terhadap motivasi berprestasi siswa kelas X SMK Negeri1 Merdeka dengan koefisien korelasi (rX1-X2-Y) = 0,466; sig < 0,001; dengan bobot sumbangan efektif sebesar 72,838%. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa antara kreativitas belajar dan efikasi diri memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap motivasi berprestasi pada siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 1 Merdeka. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka hipotesis yang diajukan dapat diterima. Berdasarkan hasil ini, bahwa sumbangan kedua variabel terhadap motivasi berprestasi pada siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 1 Merdeka adalah 72,838 %, berarti masih terdapat 27,162% faktor lain yang mempengaruhinya baik eksternal maupun internal yang perlu diteliti oleh peneliti selanjutnya. This study aims to see: the effect of learning creativity and self-efficacy on achievement motivation in SMK Negeri 1 Merdeka. The hypothesis proposed is: there is an influence of learning creativity and efficacy on achievement motivation in SMK Negeri 1 Merdeka. This research was conducted on 250 class X students of SMK Negeri 1 Merdeka, data collection techniques by means of the scale method namely the scale of learning creativity, self-efficacy scale and achievement scal motivation where previously the three scales were tested on 46 class X students,and for researched was 204 class X students. The overall population of students of SMK Negeri 1 Merdeka starting in class X, XI, XII totaled 949 students, the sampling technique was random sampling. This research uses multiple regression analysis techniques and the results of the study propose a). There is a positive effect of learning creativity on student achievement motivation in SMK Negeri 1 Merdeka, this is indicated by correlation coefficient (rX1-Y) = 0.426 and sig F change of 0.001, where sig <0.010, weighting contribution of 78,730%, it can be concluded that between the variables of learning creativity has a significant influence on the achievement motivation of class X students of SMK Negeri 1 Merdeka.Based on the results of this study, the hypothesis proposed was accepted. b). There is a positive effect of self-efficacy on achievement motivation with the correlation coefficient (rX2-Y) = 0.479; sig <0.001; and effective contribution weight of 70,824 %, so it can be concluded that the self-efficacy variable has a significant influence on the achievement motivation of class X students of SMK Negeri 1 Merdeka.c). There is a positive influence between learning creativity and self-efficacy simultaneously on the achievement motivation of class X students of SMK Negeri 1 Merdeka with the correlation coefficient (rX1-X2-Y) = 0.466; sig <0.001; with an effective contribution weight of 72,838 %. Then it can be concluded that between learning creativity and self-efficacy has a significant effect on achievement motivation in class X students of SMK Negeri 1 Merdeka. Based on the results of this study, the proposed hypothesis can be accepted. Based on these results, that the contribution of the two variables to achievement motivation in class X students of SMK Negeri 1 Merdeka is 27,162%, meaning there are still 27,162 % other factors that influence both external and internal that need to be investigated by subsequent researchers.
