Hubungan Kecerdasan Emosi Dan Pola Asuh Orang Tua dengan Perilaku Alturistik siswa di Madrasah Aliyah Laboratorium UIN SU Medan

Abstract

Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan kecerdasan emosi dan pola asuh orang tua dengan perilaku altruistik. Populasi sebanyak 193 siswa dengan 5 kelas dan sampel berjumlah 130 dengan teknik random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan signifikan positif antara kecerdasan emosi dengan perilaku altruistik, dimana koefisien rx1y = 0.644 dengan p = 0.000, hal ini berarti semakin baik kecerdasan emosi maka semakin baik perilaku altruistik. Koefisien r kuadrat kecerdasan emosi dengan variabel terikat perilaku altruistik adalah sebesar r2 = 0.414. Ini menunjukkan bahwa perilaku altruistik dibentuk oleh kecerdasan emosi dengan kontribusi sebesar 41.40%. pada variable pola asuh orang tua dengan perilaku altruistik juga terdapat hubungan signifikan positif dimana koefisien rx2y = 0.952 dengan p = 0.000, hal ini berarti semakin baik pola asuh orang tua maka semakin baik perilaku altruistik. Koefisien r kuadrat pola asuh orang tua dengan variabel terikat perilaku altruistik adalah sebesar r2 = 0.907 Ini menunjukkan bahwa altruistik dibentuk oleh Kecerdasan Emosi dengan kontribusi sebesar 90.70%. Hasil serupa datang dari variable kecerdasan emosi dan pola asuh orang dengan perilaku altruistik hubungan signifikan positif dimana koefisien r = 0.956; dengan p = 0.000 berarti p < 0,010. Koefisien determinan (r2) dari hubungan antara prediktor kecerdasan emosi, pola asuh orang tua dengan variabel terikat perilaku altruistik adalah sebesar r2 = 0.914. Ini menunjukkan bahwa perilaku altruistik dibentuk oleh kecerdasan emosi dan pola asuh orang tua secara bersama sama dengan kontribusi sebesar 94.10%. This research method uses quantitative methods. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and parenting patterns with altruistic behavior. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive relationship between emotional intelligence and altruistic behavior, where the coefficient rx1y = 0.644 with p = 0.000, this means that the better emotional intelligence, the better altruistic behavior. The coefficient of r squared emotional intelligence with the dependent variable of altruistic behavior is r2 = 0.414. This shows that altruistic behavior is formed by emotional intelligence with a contribution of 41.40%. on the variable parenting with altruistic behavior there is also a significant positive relationship where the coefficient rx2y = 0.952 with p = 0.000, this means that the better the parenting pattern, the better the altruistic behavior. The r-squared coefficient of parenting with the dependent variable of altruistic behavior is r2 = 0.907 This shows that altruistic is formed by Emotional Intelligence with a contribution of 90.70%. Similar results came from the variables of emotional intelligence and parenting with altruistic behavior, a significant positive relationship where the coefficient r = 0.956; with p = 0.000 means p < 0.010. The determinant coefficient (r2) of the relationship between predictors of emotional intelligence, parenting patterns with the dependent variable of altruistic behavior is r2 = 0.914. This shows that altruistic behavior is formed by emotional intelligence and parenting patterns together with a contribution of 94.10%.
