Dodol is a type of food made from glutinous rice flour, coconut milk, and sugar with or without the addition of other permitted ingredients with a shelf life of up to ± 14 days. The purpose of this study was to determine dodol's business income before and after the existence of the Trans Sumatra Medan-Tebing Tinggi Toll Road. The study was conducted in September 2020. The number of samples was 37 dodol traders. Sampling was done intentionally (purposive sampling) by considering certain criteria. Data analysis used the paired sample t-test. The results showed that the existence of the Medan-Tebing Tinggi Trans Sumatra Toll Road had a negative influence on the decline in income of the Dodol business in the Bengkel Village, and there was an average difference of 66% between the income before and after which means that there was an influence on the existence of the Trans Sumatra Toll Road. Against lunkhead business in the Bengkel Village. This difference is caused by many road drivers who switch to toll roads. This has resulted in fewer drivers stopping or buying lunkhead at the MSME Center in Serdang Bedagai Regency.en_US
