dc.description.abstract | Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) merupakan lembaga usaha desa yang dikelola oleh masyarakat dan pemerintah Desa dalam upaya memperkuat perekonomian Desa. Pemerintah Desa Kuta Padang mendirikan BUMDes pada tanggal 10 Agustus 2016. BUMDes yang sedang di jalankan saat ini di Desa Kuta Padang mempunyai nama usaha yaitu samo tananami, adapun jenis usahanya yakni : simpan pinjam, perdagangan, perternakan, perkebunan dan penyewaan. Penelitian ini ingin melihat bagaimana peran pemerintah Desa dalam pembangunan dan pengembangan BUMDes tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini teori yang digunakan pada penelitian ini dari Kemudin john M. Ivancevich, Robert dan Michael T. Matteson, Teori pendukung dalam penelitian ini dari soekanto,sulitiawati. metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif melalui wawancara, observasi, serta dokumentasi. Penelitian ini terdiri dari informan kunci, utama dan tambahan. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa peran Pemdes dalam penyelenggaraan dan pengelolaan BUMDes di desa tidak synifikan dan cenderung tidak mampu melangsungkan BUMDes untuk dapat berjalan optimal, kendala yang dihadapi pemerintah Desa dalam pengelolaan yaitu faktor modal, Faktor kepercayaan Pemerintah Desa terhadap masyarakat Desa dan Faktor sosialisasi dan komunikasi. Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) are village business institutions managed by the community and the village government in an effort to strengthen the village economy. The Kuta Padang Village Government established BUMDes on August 10, 2016. The BUMDes currently being run in Kuta Padang Village has a business name, namely samo tananami, as for the types of business namely: savings and loans, trading, livestock, plantations and leasing. This study wants to see how the role of the village government in the development and development of the BUMDes is. In this study, the theory used in this study was from Kemudin John M. Ivancevich, Robert and Michael T. Matteson, qualitative descriptive research methods through interviews, observation, and documentation. This study consisted of key, main and additional informants. The results of this study explain that the role of the Village Government in the implementation and management of BUMDes in the village is not significant and tends not to be able to carry out BUMDes to be able to run optimally, the obstacles faced by the village government in management are the capital factor, the trust factor of the village government towards the village community and the socialization and communication factor. | en_US |
