dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap niat pembelian ulang pada waroeng Bu Usi Medan baik secara parsial mau simultan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebar angket. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan convenience sampling/accidental sampling dengan sampel adalah para pembeli sebanyak 75 orang. Dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat pembelian ulang pada waroeng Bu Usi medan. This research aims to test the effect of product quality and service quality on repurchase intentions on waroeng Bu Usi Medan. This type of research is associative quantitative research. The method of data collection in this study was done by spreading the questionnaire. The sampling technique used in this study used convenience sampling / accidental sampling with a sample of buyers who were in place as many as 75 people. By using multiple linear regression analysis obtained product quality and service quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intentions in waroeng Bu Usi medan.en_US
