dc.description.abstractTujuan penelitian ini untuk : 1) Mengetahui dan menganalisis efisiensi kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara dalam Sistem Work From Home; 2) Mengetahui dan menganalisa faktor-faktor yang menghambat efisiensi kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara dalam Sistem Work From Home di lingkungan kantor Regional VI Badan Kepegawaian Negara Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dimana berupa penelitian studi kasus. Informan penelitian terdiri dari informan kunci sebanyak 1 orang, informan utama 1 orang dan 4 informan tambahan. Hasil Penelitian : 1) Efisiensi kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara dalam sistem work from home di lingkungan Kantor Regional VI Badan Kepegawaian Medan kurang maksimal, disebabkan pegawai kehilangan motivasi dalam bekerja di rumah, pengawasan dari atasan tidak berdampak terhadap pegawai; 2) Faktor penghambat adalah keterbatasan sarana prasarana teknologi, beberapa jenis pekerjaan tidak dapat di laksanakan di rumah, Pegawai kurang disiplin dalam memaknai sistem bekerja dari rumah The aims of this study are to: 1) Know and analyze the efficiency of the performance of the State Civil Apparatus in the Work From Home System; 2) Knowing and analyzing the factors that hinder the efficiency of the performance of the State Civil Apparatus in the Work From Home System in the Regional VI office of the Medan State Personnel Agency. The research method used is a qualitative approach while the data analysis technique uses descriptive research in the form of case study research. The research informants consisted of 1 key informant, 1 main informant and 4 additional informants. The results of the study: 1) The efficiency of the performance of the State Civil Apparatus in the work from home system in the Regional Office VI of the Medan Personnel Agency was less than optimal, due to employees losing motivation in working at home, supervision from superiors had no impact on employees;2) The inhibiting factors are the limitations of technological infrastructure, some types of work cannot be carried out at home, employees are less disciplined in interpreting the system of working from homeen_US
