dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan kepuasan kerja dengan produktivitas pada karyawan PT. Sumber Daya Mandiri. Hipotesis yang diajukan ada hubungan yang positif antara kepuasan kerja dengan produktivitas karyawan di PT. Sumber Daya Mandiri. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Sumber Daya Mandiri. Teknik pengambilan data sampel ialah menggunakan purposive random sampling yang berjumlah 47 orang karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Dengan teknik penumpulan data menngunakan skala likert dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan, maka diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan produktivitas karyawan. Hasil ini diketahui dengan melihat mean hipotetik kepuasan kerja 67,5 kemudian mean empirik produktivitas karyawan 75,00 dan kepuasan kerja 69,48. Nilai atau koefisien dimana koefisien yaitu 0,526 dengan signifikansi p = 0,000<0,050, dengan bobot sumbangan 27,7%. Artinya hipotesis yang diajukan semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja maka semakin tinggi produktivitas karyawan dinyatakan diterima. This study aims to look at the relationship of job satisfaction with productivity in PT employees. Self-Service Resources. The hypothesis proposed there is a positive relationship between job satisfaction and employee productivity at PT. Self-Service Resources. The population in this study is all employees of PT. Self-Service Resources. Sampling technique is using purposive random sampling of 47 employees. This research uses quantitative research method. With data collection techniques use likert scale and documentation. Based on the analysis conducted, the results were obtained that there is a relationship between job satisfaction and employee productivity. These results were known by looking at the hypothetical mean of job satisfaction 67.5 then empirical mean employee productivity of 75.00 and job satisfaction of 69.48. The value or coefficient of which the coefficient is 0.526 with the significance p = 0.000<0.050, with a contribution weight of 27.7%. This means that the hypothesis proposed the higher the job satisfaction, the higher the productivity of employees is accepted.en_US
