dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan budaya organisasi dengan kinerja karyawan di Credit Union Ajibata. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan Credit Union Abadi Ajibata. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling, yaitu ada 39 orang karyawan. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan model skala likert melalui dua skala, yaitu skala budaya organisasi dan skala kinerja karyawan. Analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment (rxy) sebesar 0,607 dengan P=0,000 < 0,05, artinya terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara budaya organisasi dengan kinerja karyawan pada karyawan Credit Union Ajibata, yang menunjukkan bahwa semakin rendah budaya organisasi karyawan maka kinerja karyawan akan semakin rendah. Sebaliknya semakin tinggi budaya organisasi karyawan maka kinerja karyawan akan semakin tinggi. Skala yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Skala Likert. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan data yang diperoleh budaya organisasi dalam penelitian ini tergolong sedang karena (mean empirik = 61,51 > mean hipotetik = 57,5 dimana selisihnya tidak melebihi bilangan SD = 9,239). Pada kinerja karyawan tergolong sedang, karena (mean empirik= 62,10> mean hipotetik = 60 dimana selisihnya tidak melebihi bilangan SD = 10,925). Adapun koefisien determinasi dari korelasi tersebut sebesar (r2) = 0,368 artinya budaya organisasi memberikan sumbangan efektif terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 36,8%. Berdasarkan analisis data, maka hipotesis dinyatakan diterima. This study aims to see the corellation between organizational culture and employee performance at Credit Union Ajibata. The sample of this research is the employees of Credit Union Abadi Ajibata. The sampling technique used a total sampling technique, that is, there are 39 employees. Data collection was carried out using a Likert scale model through two scales, namely the organizational culture scale and the employee performance scale. Data analysis used the product moment correlation technique (of 0.607 with P = 0.000 <0.05, meaning that there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational culture and employee performance at Ajibata Credit Union employees, which shows that the lower the employee's organizational culture, the higher the employee's performance will be. On the other hand, the higher the employee's organizational culture, the higher the employee's performance. The scale used in this study is the Likert Scale. Based on the results of the calculation of the data obtained, the organizational culture in this study is classified as moderate because (empirical mean = 61.51 > hypothetical mean = 57.5 where the difference does not exceed the number SD = 9.239).The employee performance is classified as moderate, because (empirical mean = 62.10> hypothetical mean = 60 where the difference does not exceed the number SD = 10.925). The coefficient of determination of the correlation is ( = 0.368 means that organizational culture contributes effectively to performance ja employees by 36.8%. Based on data analysis, the hypothesis is declared accepted.en_US
