dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan daya hambat beberapa produk sabun cair antibakteri terhadap bakteri Staphylococcus aureus. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara eksperimental dengan menggunakan analisa data Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) 1 faktor, yaitu pengujian 6 jenis produk sabun cair antibakteri dengan kode A, B, C, D, E, dan F dengan metode difusi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan daya hambat keenam jenis produk sabun cair antibakteri berdasarkan zona hambat yang dihasilkan. Produk sabun cair A menghasilkan zona hambat terbesar (32.17 mm) yang berbeda nyata atau yang lebih memiliki kemampuan yang lebih baik dalam menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri Staphylococcus aureus jika dibandingkan dengan produk-produk sabun cair lainnya lainnya (B = 20.83 mm, C = 14.67 mm, D = 9.50 mm, dan E, F = 0 mm). Urutan kedua terbesar adalah produk sabun cair DT yang berbeda nyata dengan C, D, E, dan F. Selanjutnya produk sabun cair C yang berbeda nyata dengan produk sabun cair D, E dan F). Produk sabun cair E dan F hingga akhir penelitian masih belum mampu menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri patogen Staphylococcus aureus. The study was intended to identify the curative powers of some antibacterial liquid soap products used to staphylococcus aureus bacteria. The study was conducted in an experimental way by using a full randomized design data analysis (ral) 1 factor, which is testing 6 different types of antibacterial liquid soap code a, b, c, d, e, and f using diffused methods. Research indicates that there is a significant difference in the resistance of the six types of antibacterial liquid soap products based on the resistance zones. A's liquid soap product produces the largest inhibitor (32-17 mm) difference in reality or that has a better ability to impede the growth of the staphylococcus aureus bacteria (b = 20.83 mm, c = 14.67 mm, d = 9.50 mm), and e, f = 0 mm). The second largest sequence was a dt liquid soap product that was different from c, d, e, and f. the liquid soap product c, which was different from the liquid soap d, e and f).en_US
