Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh konformitas teman sebaya dengan prokrastinasi akademik pada siswa di SMA Al-ulum Terpadu Medan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa di SMA Alulum Terpadu Medan yang berjumlah 62 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala konformitas teman sebaya dan skala prokrastinasi akademik. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi F= 10.586 p= 0.002 < 0.05 yang artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara konformitas teman sebaya dengan prokrastinasi akademik pada siswa di SMA Al-ulum Terpadu Medan, yang menunjukkan semakin tinggi konformitas teman sebaya maka semakin tinggi prokrastinasi akademik. Sebaliknya, semakin rendah konformitas teman sebaya semakin rendah prokrastinasi akademik. Adapun koefisien determinasi dari pengaruh tersebut adalah sebesar r2 = 0.150 artinya konformitas teman sebaya memberikan sumbangan efektif terhadap prokrastinasi sebesar 15%. This study aims to see the effect of peer conformity with academic procrastination on students at SMA Al-ulum Terpadu Medan. Subjects in this study were 62 students at SMA Alulum Terpadu Medan, totaling 62 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data were collected using the peer conformity scale and the academic procrastination scale. Data analysis used regression analysis technique F = 10.586 p = 0.002 <0.05, which means that there is a significant influence between peer conformity and academic procrastination in students at SMA Al-ulum Terpadu Medan, which shows that the higher peer conformity, the higher the academic procrastination. Conversely, the lower the peer conformity, the lower the academic procrastination. The coefficient of determination of this effect is r2 = 0.150, meaning that peer conformity contributes effectively to procrastination by 15%. |
