Analisis Pengaruh Penataan Arsip, Sarana Prasarana dan Kompetensi Petugas Arsip Terhadap Efektifitas Kerja di Dinas Bina Marga dan Bina Konstruksi Provinsi Sumatera Utara

Abstract

Efektifitas kerja adalah kunci kemampuan untuk memilih tujuan sasaran yang tepat atau peralatan yang tepat untuk pencapaian tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Oleh sebab itu keberhasilan dalam berbagai kegiatan harus ditunjangan dari perencanaan terlebih dahulu. Efektifitas dikatakan berhasil apabila petugas arsip tersebut dapat memberikan pelayanan, informasi secara cepat, tepat dan akurat. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah seberapa besar pengaruh penataan arsip, sarana prasarana dan kompetensi petugas arsip terhadap efektifitas kerja di Dinas Bina Marga dan Bina Konstruksi Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Peneltian ini bertujuan menganalisa seberapa besar pengaruh penataan arsip, sarana prasarana dan kompetensi petugas arsip terhadap efektifitas kerja di Dinas Bina Marga dan Bina Konstruksi Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier berganda yang dihitung dengan menggunakan SPSS 25 diperoleh Y = 15,131 + 0,127 X1 + 0,063 X2 + 0,399 X3. Hasil uji Fdiketahui bahwa nilai F hitung adalah sebesar 3,342 dan nilai F tabel pada alpha 5% adalah 2,86 Dengan demikian nilai Fhitung (3,342) > F tabel (2,86) dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,030< 0,05,artinya secara bersama-sama atau simultan variabel Penataan Arsip(X1), Sarana Prasarana (X2) dan Kompetensi Petugas Arsip (X3)berpengaruh positif dan signifikansi terhadap Efektifitas Kerja di Dinas Bina Marga dan Bina Konstruksi Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Work effectiveness is the key to the ability to choose the right goals or the right equipment to achieve the goals that have been set. Therefore, success in various activities must be supported by prior planning. Effectiveness is said to be successful if the officer can provide services, information quickly, precisely and accurately. The problem in this study is how much influence the arrangement of archives, infrastructure and competence of archiving officer of archiving officeron the effectiveness off work in the officer of Highways and Construction development of North Sumatra Province. This study aims to analyze how much influence the arrangement of archives, infrastructure and competence of archiving officers on the the effectiveness of work in the office of Highways and Construction Development of North Sumatra Province. Based on the results of multiple liniear regression analysis calculated using SPSS 25, it was obtained Y = 15.131 + 0.127 X1 + 0.063 X2 + 0.399 X3. The results of the F test are known that the calculated F value is 3.342 and the F table value at alpha 5% is 2.86. Thus, the Fcount value (3.342) > F table (2.86) with a significance level of 0.030 < 0.05, meaning that together or simultaneously the variables of Archive Arrangement (X1), Infrastructure (X2) and Archival Officer Competence (X3) have a positive and significant effect on Work Effectiveness at the Office of Highways and Construction of North Sumatra Province.
