dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini berfungsi untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepuasaan kerja dengan Employee Engagement pada karyawan di PT. Sarana Sumut Ventiura. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Sarana Sumut Ventura Medan yang berjumlah 47 orang karyawan. Teknik Pengambilan data dengan mengunakan skala likert. Analisi data menggunakan analisi product moment. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa adanya korelasi dengan 0,777 p < 0,000, yaitu adanya korelasi positif yang signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dengan Empolyee Engagement pada karyawan PT. Sarana Sumut Ventura Medan. Dimana semakin tinggi kepuasaan kerja maka semakin tinngi pula Employee Engagement karyawan, sebaliknya semakin rendah kepuasaan kerja makan semakin rendah Employee engagement. Adapun koefisien determinasi dari korelasi tersebut adalah sebesar r2= 0,604 artinya kepuasaan kerja memberikan sumbangan yang kuat dan efektif terhadap Employee engagement sebesar 60,4% sedangakn sisanya terlihat diantaranya : pengembangan karir, kepemipinan, otonomi, rekan kerja, citra perusahaan, komunikasi , kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja. This study serves to determine the relationship between job satisfaction with Employee Engagement on the employee in PT. Sarana Sumut Ventura Medan. This study uses a quantitative approach. The subject of this research is all employees who work in PT. Sarana Sumut Ventura Field which amounted to 47 employees. Techniques of data Retrieval using the Likert scale. Data analysis using the analysis of Product-Moment. The results of this study show that the correlation with 0,777 p < 0,000, namely the existence of a significant positive correlation between job satisfaction with Employee Engagement on the employees of PT. Sarana Sumut Ventura Field. Where the higher job satisfaction then the frequency is also Employee Engagement of employees, conversely the lower the job satisfaction of eating the low Employee engagement. As for the coefficient of determination of the correlation is equal to r2= 0,604 that job satisfaction contributes to a strong and effective against Employee engagement amounted to 60.4% of them while the rest look includes: career development, leadership, autonomy, work colleagues, corporate image, communications , health and safety at work. | en_US |
