dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh antara sikap dan perilaku persuasif guru terhadap motivasi berbahasa arab santri di Pesantren Ar Raudlatul Hasanah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dan teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah teknik random sampling (sistem acak). Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan ialah tes dan angket yang sebelumnya telah diujicobakan. Angket terdiri dari tiga skala, yaitu skala sikap , skala perilaku persuasif guru, skala motivasi berbahasa arab santri. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Adanya pengaruh antara sikap guru terhadap motivasi berbahasa Arab santri. Dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh antara dua variabel dengan ketentuan 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai t hitung terhadap t tabel adalah 12,693 > 1,989. 2) Adanya pengaruh antara perilaku persuasif guru terhadap motivasi berbahasa arab santri. Dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,002 < 0,05 dan nilai t hitung terhadap t tabel adalah 3,196 > 1,989. 3) Adanya pengaruh antara sikap dan perilaku persuasif guru terhadap motivasi berbahasa arab santri. Dibuktikan dengan hasil 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai F hitung 254,296 > F tabel 3,11. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara X1 dan X2 secara simultan (bersama-sama) terhadap Y. The point of this research is to find out how the influence of the attitude and the persuasive behavior of the teacher on the motivation to speak Arabic of the students at the Ar Raudlatul Hasanah Islamic Boarding School. The research sample consisted of 82 students representing the entire class XI of the students of Ar Raudlatul Hasanah Islamic boarding school. The method ini this research is quantitave descriptive and technique sampling is random sampling technique. The research instrument was used a test and questionnaire that had previously been tested. The questionnaire consists of three scales, they are ; the teacher’s attitude scale, the teacher's persuasive behavior scale, the students' Arabic language motivation scale. The received data are analyzed descriptively and inferentially. The results of the research using multiple regression analysis indicate that : 1) There is an influence between the teacher’s attitude on the Arabic language motivation of the students. 2) There is an influence between the persuasive behavior of the teacher on the Arabic language motivation of the students. Evidenced by the significance value of 0.002 <0.05 and the value of t count to t table is 3.196> 1.989. There is an influence between the attitude of the students' language and the persuasive behavior of the teacher on the motivation to speak Arabic of the students. Evidenced by the results of 0.000 <0.05 and the calculated F value of 254.296> F table 3.11. It can be concluded that there is an influence between X1 and X2 simultaneously (together) on Yen_US
