Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Antara Budaya Organisasi dengan Employee Engagement Pada Karyawan Primer Koperasi TKBM Pelabuhan Belawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 80 orang karyawan Primer Koperasi TKBM Pelabuhan Belawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Simple Random Sampling. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan model skala likert. Analisis data menggunakan analisis product moment. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya korelasi antara Budaya Organisasi dengan Employee Engagementi dimana rxy = 0,617 dengan signifikan p = 0,000 < 0,050 artinya hipotesis yang diajukan diterima dimana semakin kuat budaya organisasi maka akan semakin tinggi pula employee engagement. Begitu juga sebaliknya, semakin kurang kuat budaya organisasi maka akan semakin rendah employee engagement pada karyawan. Adapun koefisien determinasi dari korelasi tersebut adalah sebesar r2 = 0,381 ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berkontribusi terhadap employee engagement sebesar 38,1%. Ini berarti masih terdapat 61,9% dari faktor lain yang mempengaruhi employee engagement, dimana faktor-faktor tersebut diantaranya adalah kepemimpinannya, kualitas komunikasi yang ada dalam organisasi, gaya manajemen yang diterapkan, tingkat kepercayaan dan respek terhadap lingkungan kerja, dan reputasi dari organisasi itu sendiri. This study aims to determine the correlation between organizational culture and employee engagement for Primer Koperasi TKBM Upaya Karya Pelabuhan Belawan Employees. This study uses quantitative methods. The subjects of this study were 80 Primer Koperasi TKBM Upaya Karya Pelabuhan Belawan employees. The sampling technique used is Simple random sampling. The data collection technique used a likert scale model. Data analysis using product moment analysis. The result of this study indicate that there is a correlation between organizational culture and employee engagement where rxy = 0,617 with a significant p = 0,000 < 0,050 meaning that the proposed hypothesis is accepted where the stronger the organizational culture, the higher the employee engagement. Vice versa, the less strong the organizational culture, the lower employee engagement will be. The coefficient of determination of the correlation is r2 = 0,381. The indicates that organizational culture contributes to employee engagement by 38,1%. Means that there are still 61,9% of other factors that affect employee engagement, where these factors include leadership. The quality of communication in the organization, the applied management style, the level of trust and respect for the work environment, and the reputation of the organization. |
