dc.description.abstractWork engagement merupakan kondisi kesejahteraan terpaut pekerjaan yang positif,memuaskan serta motivasi afektif yang bisa dilihat selaku antipode dari keletihan pekerjaan. Psychological capital merupakan keadaan psikologis yang meliputi efikasi diri, optimisme, harapan, resiliensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat adanya hubungan antara psychological capital dan work engagement pada pegawai negeri sipil dikantor bupati labuhanbatu utara. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menyusun dua jenis skala yaitu skala work engagement dan skala psychological dan skala yang digunakan dalam mengukur kedua jenis skala ini ialah dengan menggunakan skala likert. Hasil hipotesis dalam penelitian “terdapat hubungan positif antara psychological capital dengan work engagement pada pegawai” artinya semakin tinggi psychological capital maka semakin tinggi work engagement pada pegawai. Sebaliknya semakin rendah psychological capital maka semakin rendah work engagement pada pegawai. Work engagement is a condition of welfare adrift of positive work, satisfaction and affective motivation that can be seen as an antipode of work fatigue. Psychological capital is a psychological state that includes self-efficacy, optimism, hope, resilience. This study aims to see a link between psychological capital and work engagement in civil servants in the north labuhanbatu regent's office. In this study, researchers devised two types of scales, namely the work engagement scale and the psychological scale and the scale used in measuring these two types of scales is using the likert scale. The hypothesis in the study "has a positive relationship between psychological capital and work engagement in employees" This means that the higher the psychological capital, the higher the work engagement to employees. Conversely, the lower the psychological capital, the lower the work engagement on employees.en_US
