Abstract: Terminal Peti Kemas Domestik Belawan merupakan salah satu cabang milik PT. Pelindo 1 yang melayani jasa bongkar muat peti kemas dan berlokasi di Gabion belawan. Terminal ini menjadi pintu gerbang keluar dan masuknya barang domestik yang wilayah hinterlandnya meliputi Sumatera Utara, Aceh dan Riau. Fasilitas yang tersedia adalah panjang dermaga 400m, Lapangan Penumpukkan seluas 9,7 Ha dan waktu kerja 355 hari/tahun dengan waktu operasi 24 jam/hari. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi kinerja operasional peralatan bongkar muat, analisa lapangan penumpukan, kapasitas terpasang dermaga, dan proyeksi arus peti kemas dan arus kapal hingga tahun 2030 menggunakan analisa regresi. Hasil evaluasi yang diperoleh, produktivitas Container crane dan alat lainnya dikategorikan baik. Luas lapangan penumpukan terpakai 4,2 Ha lebih kecil dari kapasitas terpasang seluas 9,7 Ha dikategorikan baik. Nilai YOR sebesar 43,31 % dibawah standard 60% dinyatakan baik kinerjanya. Nilai BOR sebesar 35,3 % lebih kecil dari standard kinerja yang disarankan UNCTAD yaitu BOR 50% untuk 2 tambatan. BTP sebesar 1.545 TEUs/m/tahun dan Kapasitas terpasang 617,800 TEUs/tahun. Analisa regresi untuk arus kapal menurun namun arus peti kemas meningkat. Belawan Domestic Container Terminal is a branch owned by PT. Pelindo 1 which provides container loading and unloading services and located in Gabion, Belawan. This terminal is the gate for In and Out of domestic goods whose hinterland area includes North Sumatra, Aceh and Riau. The facilities available a dock with long pier 400m, 9.7 ha of stacking yards and a working time of 355 days / year with an operating time of 24 hours / day. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the operational performance of loading and unloading equipment, analysis of the stacking field, dock installed capacity, and projections of container and ship flows until 2030 using regression analysis. The evaluation results obtained, the productivity of container cranes and other heavy equipment are categorized as good. The used stockpile area of 4.2 Ha is smaller than the installed capacity of 9.7 Ha which is categorized as good. The YOR value of 43.31% below the 60% standard is stated to have good performance. The BOR value is 35.3% smaller than the recommended performance standard by UNCTAD, BOR 50% for 2 moorings. BTP of 1,545 TEUs / m / year and an installed capacity of 617,800 TEUs / year. Regression analysis for vessel flows decreases but container flows increase.
