Abstract: Penelitian dilakukan berdasarkan permasalahan konsep diri dan perilaku asertif siswa SMK Mandiri Global Aceh Singkil. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara konsep diri dengan perilaku asertif siswa XII SMK Mandiri Global Aceh Singkil. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas XII SMK Mandiri Global Aceh Singkil, sampel berjumlah 96 siswa. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah Total Sampilng . Alat pengumpul data berupa skala konsep diri dan skala perilaku asertif . Koofisien reliabilitas skala konsep diri sebesar 0,801 sedangkan skala perilaku asertif koefisien reliabilitasnya sebesar 0,841. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi product moment, maka diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut:1) Terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara hubungan konsep diri dengan perilaku asertif pada remaja kelas XII SMK Mandiri Global 2). Hasil penelitian melalui analisis data menyimpulkan ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara Konsep Diri dengan perilaku asertif (rxy = 0,488 dan koefisien determinan r2 = 0,238 dengan p = 0,000 berarti p < 0,05. Koefisien determinan 0,238 artinya perilaku asertif dibentuk oleh Konsep Diri sebesar 23,8%) dan selebihnya dibentuk oleh faktor lain seperti jenis kelamin, polah asuh, kebudayaan dan tingkat pendidikan.3). bahwa siswa remaja kelas XII SMK Mandiri Global Aceh Singkil memiliki konsep diri yang tinggi (mean Empirik = 92,60>mean hipotetik= 80 dimana selisih kedua mean melebihi bilangan SD= 6,842) perilaku asertif yang tinggi (mean Empirik = 80,17>mean hipotetik= 70 dimana selisih kedua mean melebihi bilangan SD=5,918) dari hasil penelitian ini, maka hipotesis yang diajukan dinyatakan diterima. The research was conducted based on the problems of self-concept and assertive behavior students of SMK Mandiri Global Aceh Singkil. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-concept and assertive behavior of XII students of SMK Mandiri Global Aceh Singkil. This research uses a quantitative approach with correlational research. The study population was the students of class XII SMK Mandiri Global Aceh Singkil, the sample was 96 students. The sample technique used is Total Sampilng. The data collection tools are in the form of self-concept scale and assertive behavior scale. The reliability coefficient of the self-concept scale was 0.801, while the assertive behavior scale had the reliability coefficient of 0.841. The data analysis technique used is the product moment correlation, the following results are obtained: 1) There is a significant positive relationship between the relationship between self-concept and assertive behavior in class XII adolescents of SMK Mandiri Global 2). The results of the research through data analysis concluded that there was a significant positive relationship between Self-Concept and assertive behavior (rxy = 0.488 and the determinant coefficient r2 = 0.238 with p = 0.000 means p <0.05. The determinant coefficient of 0.238 means that assertive behavior is formed by Self-Concept of 23 , 8%) and the rest is formed by other factors such as gender, parenting style, culture and education level. 3). that the XII grade students of SMK Mandiri Global Aceh Singkil have a high self-concept (mean Empirical = 92.60> mean hypothetical = 80 where the difference between the two means exceeds the SD number = 6,842) high assertive behavior (mean Empirical = 80.17> mean hypothetical = 70 where the difference between the two means exceeds the number SD = 5.918) from the results of this study, then the proposed hypothesis is accepted.
