dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II Tanjung Morawa”. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif yaitu suatu penelitian yang bersifat menanyakan hubungan antara dua variabel. Menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,05, maka jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 69 responden diambil dari seluruh pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil uji parsial (uji t) dapat dilihat bahwa t hitung pada variabel kepuasan kerja dan motivasi secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Berdasarkan uji determinasi. nilai R Square yang diperoleh sebesar 0,936 Angka tersebut menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 93,6% kinerja (variabel terikat) dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor kepuasan kerja (X1) dan motivasi (X2). Sisanya sebesar 6,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. This research aims to find out "The Effect of Job Satisfaction And Motivation on Employee Performance in PT. Tanjung Morawa Nusantara II Plantation". This type of research is associative which is a study that asks about the relationship between two variables. Using saturated samples with a significance rate of 0.05, the number of samples in this study as many as 69 respondents were taken from all employees. Based on partial test results (t test) it can be seen that t count on variable job satisfaction and motivation partially or simultaneously positively and significantly affect performance. Based on the determination test. R Square's value of 0.936 The figure shows that 93.6% of performance (bound variables) can be explained by job satisfaction (X1) and motivation (X2) factors. The remaining 6.4% was influenced by other factors not described in the study. | en_US |
