Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara lingkungan kerja non fisik dengan kinerja pada karyawan bagian umum karyawan PT. Mulki Abadi Management Medan. Kinerja adalah hasil kerja secara kualitas dan kuantitas yang dicapai oleh seorang karyawan dalam melaksnakan tugasnya sesuai dengan tanggung jawab yang diberikan. Lingkungan kerja non fisik adalah semua keadaan yang terjadi dan berkaitan dengan hubungan kerja, baik hubungan dengan atas maupun hubungan dengan rekan kerja, ataupun hubungan dengan bawahan. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu ada hubungan lingkungan kerja non fisik dengan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik sampling menggunakan Total Sampling, sampel berjumlah 60 karyawan. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan model Skala Likert. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala kinerja dan skala lingkungan kerja non fisik. Metode analisis pengambilan data menggunakan korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Koefisien korelasi rxy= 0,521 dengan p= 0,003 < 0,05 sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan, jika nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh p < 0,5 maka hasil penelitian dinyatakan signifikan. Hipotesis penelitian dinyatakan, ada hubungan antara lingkungan kerja non fisik dengan kinerja, dengan nilai rata-rata empirik lingkungan kerja non fisik= 77,70 sedangkan nilai rata-rata hipotetiknya sebesar=65 sehingga variabel lingkungan kerja non fisik tergolong baik, begitu pula dengan nilai rata-rata empirik kinerja= 63,00 sedangkan nilai rata-rata hipotetiknya sebesar 55 sehingga variabel kinerja tergolong tinggi. Dengan bobot sumbangan efektif X dengan Y(BE%) r2= 27,2%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka hipotesis penelitian ini dinyatakan diterima. This study aims to determine the relationship between the non-physical work environment with the exertion of the general employees of PT. Management of Mulki Abadi Medan. exertion is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out in accordance with the responsibilities given. The non-physical work environment is all circumstances that occur and are related to work relationships, both relationships with superiors and relationships with colleagues, or relationships with subordinates. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a relationship between the non-physical work environment and employee exertion. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used Total Sampling, the sample amounted to 60 employees. The data collection method used a Likert Scale model. This study uses a exertion scale and a non-physical work environment scale. The data retrieval analysis method uses Pearson Product Moment correlation. The correlation coefficient rxy = 0.521 with p = 0.003 <0.05 in accordance with predetermined criteria, if the significance value obtained is p < 0.5, the research results are declared significant. The research hypothesis is stated, there is a relationship between the non-physical work environment and exertion, with the average value of the non-physical work environment = 77.70 while the hypothetical average value of = 65 so that the nonphysical work environment variable is good, as well as the average value the empirical average of exertion = 63.00 while the hypothetical average value is 55 so that the exertion variable is high. With an effective contribution weight of X with Y(BE%) r2= 27.2%. Based on the results of the study, the research hypothesis was declared accepted.
