Hubungan Kecerdasan Emosi Dengan Kecemasan Menghadapi Pensiun Pada Karyawan Di PTPN IV Unit Kebun Marihat

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara Hubungan Kecerdasan Emosi Dengan Kecemasan Menghadapi Pensiun Pada Karyawan Di PTPN IV Unit Kebun Marihat, dimana yang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Di PTPN IV Unit Kebun Marihat. Penyebaran skala pada kecerdasan emosi menggunakan skala Likert. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik korelasi product moment dari karl pearson. iBerdasarkan ihasil ianalisis idengan imetode ikorelasi ir iProduct iMoment dengan nilai atau koefisien (irxy) = i-0.411 dan iKoefisien ideterminan i(r2) = i0,169 idengan isignifikan ip=0.000< i0.05. hasil ini menunjukkan hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini diterima, yaitu iada ihubungan inegatif antara ikecerdasan emosi dengan kecemasan menghadapi pension. IArtinya semakin itinggi ikecerdasan iemosi imaka isemakin irendah ikecemasan menghadapi pension. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui perhitungan iKoefisien ideterminan i(r2) = i0,169 menunjukan sumbangan iefektif iyang idi iberikan ikecemasan idengan iKecerdasan iemosional isebesar i16,90%. Selanjutnya hasil nilai rata-rata empirik kecemasan 9.64 dan nilai rata-rata hipotetiknya=27,500 dan untuk rata empirik kecerdasan emosi =65.903 sedangkan rata-rata hipotetiknya 70,000. This study aims to see the correlation between Emotional Intelligence and Anxiety Facing Retirement in Employees at PTPN IV Marihat Plantation Unit, where the subject is in this study were employees at PTPN IV Marihat Plantation Unit.
