dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat adanya hubungan konformitas dengan perilaku agresif pada siswa SMK N 2 Rambah. Pendekatan ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 47 siswa diambil berdasarkan Screening dari buku catatan siswa dalam pengawasan BK. Pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan skala konformitas dan skala perilaku agresif. Uji reliabilitas menggunakan Alpha Cronbach yang menghasilkan indeks reliabilitas sebesar 0,932 untuk skala konformitas dan untuk skala perilaku agresif yakni 0,953. Selanjutnya diperoleh tingkat konformitas siswa dan perilaku agresif siswa ada dalam kategori yang sama-sama tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif antara konfomitas dengan perilaku agresif (rxy = 0,480; dengan signifikan P=0,000), artinya hipotesis yang diajukan semakin tinggi konformitas semakin tinggi pula perilaku agresif dan sebaliknya semakin rendah konformitas maka semakin rendah perilaku agresif dinyatakan dapat diterima. Adapun sumbangan efektif dari konformitas mempengaruhi perilaku agresif sebesar 23%. Sisanya terdapat 77% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti, yaitu: faktor sosial, faktor pribadi, faktor situasional, dan faktor lingkungan. This study purpose to look at the correlation between conformity with aggressive behavior on students in SMK N 2 Rambah. This research approach used a quantitative approach. Research subjects as many as 47 students were taken based on screening from student notebooks under the supervision of counseling guidance. Data were collected using the conformity scale and aggressive behavior scale. The reliability test used Cronbach's Alpha which produced a reliability index of 0.932 for the conformity scale and for the aggressive behavior scale, namely 0.953. This shows that the level of conformity is students and students' aggressive behavior are in the same high category. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between conformity and aggressive behavior (rxy = 0.480; with a significant P = 0.000), it means that the hypothesis proposed, the higher the conformity, thus the higher the aggressive behavior and conversely the lower the conformity, the lower the aggressive behavior is declared acceptable . Meanwhile, the effective contribution of conformity influence aggressive behavior was 23%. the remaining 77% is influenced by other factors not researched, namely: social factors, personal factors, situational factors and environmental factors.en_US
