dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji secara empiris Hubungan Antara Tipe Kepribadian Ekstrovert Dengan Komitmen Kerja Karyawan Di PT. Pembangkit Jawa Bali Service Asahan (PLTA). Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 64 karyawan PT. Pembangkit Jawa Bali Service Asahan (PLTA) menggunakan teknik screening. Skala komitmen karyawan yang terdiri dari tiga aspek menurut Steers (dalam, Kuntjoro, 2009) yaitu: identifikasi, keterlibatan, loyalitas. Metode analisis korelasi r Product Moment. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan metode analisis korelasi r Product Moment, diketahui bahwa ada ada Ada hubungan positif antara tipe kepribadian ekstrovert dengan komitmen kerja karyawan. Diasumsikan bahwa semakin tinggi tipe kepribadian ekstrovert maka semakin baik komitmen organisasinya, dan sebaliknya semakin rendah tipe kepribadian ekstrovert maka semakin rendah komitmen organisasinya, dimana rxy = 0,450 dengan signifikan p = 0.000 < 0,050. Artinya hipotesis yang diajukan diterima. Koefisien determinan (r2) dari hubungan antara variabel bebas X dengan variabel terikat Y adalah sebesar r2 = 0,360. Ini menunjukkan bahwa tipe kepribadian berkontribusi terhadap komitmen sebesar 36%. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan nilai rata-rata hipotetik dan empirik dapat disimpulkan bahwa komitmen tergolong sedang dengan nilai mean hipotetik sebesar 100 dan nilai mean empirik sebesar 102,73. Selanjutnya dapat disimpulkan juga bahwa kepribadian ekstrovert tergolong tinggi dengan nilai empirik sebesar 13,55 dengan nilai hipotetik sebesar 8. This study aims to determine and empirically test the relationship between extrovert personality types and employee work commitment at PT. The Java Bali Service Asahan (PLTA) generator. The sample of this research was 64 employees of PT. The Java Bali Service Asahan (PLTA) plant uses a screening technique. According to Steers (in, Kuntjoro, 2009), the employee commitment scale consists of three aspects, namely: identification, involvement, loyalty. Method of correlation analysis r Product Moment. Based on the results of the analysis with the correlation analysis method r Product Moment, it is known that there is a positive relationship between extrovert personality type and employee work commitment. It is assumed that the higher the extrovert personality type, the better the organizational commitment, and conversely the lower the extrovert personality type, the lower the organizational commitment, where rxy = 0.450 with significant p = 0.000 <0.050. This means that the proposed hypothesis is accepted. The determinant coefficient (r2) of the relationship between the independent variable X and the dependent variable Y is equal to r2 = 0.360. This shows that personality type contributes to commitment by 36%. Based on the results of the calculation of the hypothetical and empirical mean values, it can be concluded that the commitment is classified as moderate with the hypothetical mean value of 100 and the empirical mean value of 102.73. Furthermore, it can be concluded that extrovert personality is high with an empirical value of 13.55 with a hypothetical value of 8.en_US
