Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Lingkungan kerja mempengaruhi Kelelahan Kerja pada Personel Polsek Sunggal. Subjek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 123 personel. Kelelahan kerja dalam penelitian ini diukur berdasarkan Ciri kelelahan kerja menurut Budiono, dkk (2003) Perasaan lesu, ngantuk dan pusing, Kurang mampu berkonsentrasi, Berkurangnya tingkat kewaspadaan, Persepsi yang buruk dan lambat, Berkurangnya gairah untuk bekerja, dan Menurunnya kinerja jasmani dan rohani. Lingkungan kerja dalam penelitian ini diungkap berdasarkan Aspek yang mempengaruhi lingkungan kerja (Analisa,2011) yaitu : Struktur kerja, Tanggung jawab, Perhatian, Kerjasama antar kelompok, dan Kelancaran komunikasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan metode analisis korelasi r Product Moment, diketahui bahwa ada hubungan negatif antara lingkungan kerja dengan kelelahan kerja dimana rxy = -0,496 dengan signifikan p = 0.000 < 0,050. Artinya hipotesis yang diajukan semakin baik lingkungan kerja maka akan semakin rendah tingkat kelelahan kerja atau sebaliknya lingkungan kerja buruk maka akan meningkatkan tingkat kelelahan kerja. Koefisien determinan (r2) dari hubungan antara variabel bebas X dengan variabel terikat Y adalah sebesar r2 = 0,246. Ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berkontribusi terhadap kelelahan kerja sebesar 24,6%. Berdasarkan hasil nilai rata-rata empiric dan hipotetik maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa lingkungan kerja yang diterima tergolong rendah dengan nilai rata-rata hipotetik 122,5 dan nilai rata-rata empiric 109, 42 dan kelelahan kerja yang diterima tergolong tinggi sebab nilai rata-rata hipotetik 130 dan nilai rata-rata empiric 160, 13. This study aims to determine the relationship between the work environment and the influence of work fatigue on personnel at the Sunggal Police. The subjects in this study were 123 personnel. Work fatigue in this study is measured based on the characteristics of work fatigue according to Budiono, et al. (2003) Feelings of lethargy, drowsiness and dizziness, lack of ability to concentrate, reduced levels of alertness, poor and slow perceptions, reduced passion for work, and decreased physical and spiritual performance. The work environment in this study is revealed based on the aspects that affect the work environment (Analisa, 2011), namely: work structure, responsibility, attention, cooperation between groups, and fluency in communication. Based on the results of the analysis using the r Product Moment correlation analysis method, it is known that there is a negative relationship between the work environment and work fatigue where rxy = -0.496 with a significant p = 0.000 <0.050. This means that the hypothesis proposed the better the work environment, the lower the level of work fatigue or vice versa, the bad work environment will increase the level of work fatigue. The determinant coefficient (r2) of the relationship between the independent variable X and the dependent variable Y is equal to r2 = 0.246. This shows that the work environment contributes to work fatigue by 24.6%. Based on the results of the empiric and hypothetical average values, it can be concluded that the work environment received is low with a hypothetical average value of 122.5 and an average empiric value of 109, 42 and work fatigue received is high because the hypothetical average value 130 and the mean empiric value 160,13.
