Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Self Efficacy dan Peran Teman Sebaya dengan Perilaku Menyontek Pada Siswa SMA Negeri 1 Labuhan Deli. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yakni siswa yang berkecenderungan berprilaku menyontek sebanyak 125 siswa yang sebelumnya sudah diseleksi secara Screening. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik Total sampling yakni sebanyak 125 siswa. Data dianalisis menggunakan rumus regresi berganda. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala dengan instrumen Self Efficacy, peran teman sebaya dan perilaku menyontek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: a) ada hubungan negatif yang signifikan Self Efficacy dengan perilaku menyontek pada siswa, ditunjukkan dengan koefisien korelasi (rx1y) = -0,220; p = 0,048 < 0,05. b) ada hubungan negatif yang signifikan Peran Teman Sebaya dengan perilaku menyontek pada siswa, ditunjukkan dengan koefisien korelasi (rx2y) = -0,226; p= 0,039 < 0,05. c) hubungan negatif yang signifikan Self efficacy, Peran Teman Sebaya dengan Perilaku Menyontek siswa, ditunjukan dari hasil koefisien korelasi (R) = -0,285; p = 0,006 <0,05; Freg sebesar 5,382 maka dapat di simpulkan bahwa variabel Self Efficacy dan peran teman sebaya berhubungan dengan perilaku menyontek. Dengan demikian dapat di nyatakan bahwa hipotesis yang di ajukan dalam penelitian ini, dinyatakan diterima. This research examines The Relationship Betwen Self-Efficacy and The Role of Peers with Cheating Behavior towards SMA Negeri 1 Labuhan Deli students. This research uses method of quantitative approach. The population in this research is students who are inclined to cheat as many 125 students who had previously been screened. Samples were taken using total sampling techniques of 125 students. The analyzed technique in this research is multiple regression. This research used instrument of scale Self Efficacy, peer role and cheating behavior. The results show: a) there was a significant negative relationship betwen Self- Efficacy with cheating behavior in students, which was indicated by the correlation coefficient (rx1y) = -0.220; p = 0.048 < 0.05. b) there was a significant negative relationship betwen Peer Roles with cheating behavior in students, which was indicated by the correlation coefficient (rx2y) = -0.226; p= 0.039 < 0.05. c) significant negative relationship betwen Self-efficacy, Peer Role with Student Cheating Behavior, which was indicated by the correlation coefficient result (R) = -0.285; p = 0.006 <0.05; Freg of 5,382 can be concluded that self-efficacy variables and peer roles are jointly related to cheating behavior. Thus it is stated that the hypothesis proposed in this research is declared acceptable.
