Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara Customer Statisfaction dan Switching Barries terhadap Customer Loyalty. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 300 responden dengan sampel ditentukan menggunakan rumus slovin menjadi 75 sampel responden. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan angket (Questioner), yang diuji dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh Customer Statisfaction secara signifikan terhadap Customer Loyalty Royal Food, ada pengaruh Switching Barries secara signifikan terhadap Customer Loyalty Royal Food, ada pengaruh signifikan Customer Loyalty dan Switching Barries secara simultan terhadap Customer Loyalty Royal Food. This study aims to determine the effect of Customer Statisfaction and Switching Barries on Customer Loyalty. The population in this study amounted to 300 respondents with the sample determined using the Slovin formula to become a sample of 75 respondents. The data used are primary and secondary data. The technique of collecting data is a questionnaire (Questioner), which is tested with validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results of this study conclude that there is a significant influence of Customer Statisfaction on Customer Loyalty Royal Food, there is a significant effect of Switching Barries on Customer Loyalty Royal Food, there is a significant effect of Customer Loyalty and Switching Barries simultaneously on Customer Loyalty Royal Food.
