Abstract: Penelitian bertujuan melihat Hubungan Self Efficacy Dan Kecerdasan Emosional Dengan Kesejahteraan Psikologis Siswa SMA Negeri 2 Binjai. Hipotesis yang diajukan Ada Hubungan Self Efficacy Dan Kecerdasan Emosional Dengan Kesejahteraan Psikologis Siswa SMA. Populasi sejumlah 1.144 siswa, dengan teknik acak sederhana; berjumlah 250 siswa. Data dikumpul dengan skala kesejahteraan psikologis, Self Efficacy dan kecerdasan emosi. Analisis data menggunakan Analisis Regresi Berganda, dengan kesimpulan ; 1. Ada hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan self efficacy dengan kesejahteraan psikologis (rx1y = 0,644 ; sig < 0,010). 2. Ada hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan kecerdasan emosi dengan kesejahteraan psikologis ( rx2y = 0,544 ; sig < 0,010). 3. Ada hubungan yang sangat signifikan self efficacy dan kecerdasan emosi dengan kesejahteraan psikologis (Freg = 89,25 ; sig < 0,010). Ini menandakan bahwa semakin tinggi self efficacy dan semakin tinggi kecerdasan emosi maka semakin tinggi kesejahteraan psikologis, hipotesis yang diajukan diterima. Sumbangan self efficacy dan kecerdasan emosi terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis adalah sebesar 42,0%, masih terdapat 58% pengaruh dari variabel lain, dimana faktor-faktor lain tersebut dalam penelitian ini tidak dilihat, seperti faktor dukungan sosial, status ekonomi, jaringan sosial, dan religiusitas. Self efficacy berkontribusi sebesar 41,4% terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis, dan kecerdasan emosi berkontribusi sebesar 29,6% terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis. Hasil lain ; siswa memiliki self efficacy yang sedang, kecerdasan emosi yang sedang, dan kesejahteraan psikologis yang sedang. The research aims to look at the Relations of Self Efficacy And Emotional Intelligence With the Psychological Well-Being of Students SMA Negeri 2 Binjai. The proposed hypothesis has a relations between self-efficacy and emotional intelligence with the psychological well-being of high school students. The population is 1,144 students, with simple random techniques; 250 students. The data is gathered with a scale of psychological well-being, Self Efficacy and emotional intelligence. Data analysis using Multiple Regression Analysis, with conclusions; 1. There is a very significant positive relations of self efficacy with psychological well-being (rx1y = 0.644 ; sig <0.010). 2. There is a very significant positive relations of emotional intelligence with psychological wellbeing ( rx2y = 0.544 ; sig < 0.010). 3. There is a very significant relations of self efficacy and emotional intelligence with psychological well-being (Freg = 89.25 ; sig <0.010). This indicates that the higher self-efficacy and the higher the emotional intelligence the higher the psychological well-being, the hypothesis suggested. The contribution of self efficacy and emotional intelligence to psychological well-being was 42.0%, there was still a 58% influence from other variables, where other factors in this study were not seen, such as social support factors, economic status, social networks, and religiosity. Self efficacy contributes 41.4% to psychological well-being, and emotional intelligence contributes 29.6% to psychological well-being. Other results ; students have moderate self-efficacy, moderate emotional intelligence, and moderate psychological well-being.
