dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan sosial dan kencenderungan kepribadian ekstrovert dengan kesejahteraan psikologis pada siswa SMA Negeri 1 Binjai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi sejumlah 1097 orang siswa, teknik pengambilan sampel adalah teknik random sampling, dan sampel berjumlah 369 orang siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui skala kesejahteraan psikologis, skala dukungan sosial, dan skala kecenderungan kepribadian ektrovert. Tehnik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hipotesis yang diajukan; ada hubungan antara dukungan sosial dan kencenderungan kepribadian ekstrovert dengan kesejahteraan psikologis pada siswa SMA Negeri 1 Binjai. Kesimpulan bahwa; 1. Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial dengan kesejahteraan psikologis, koefisien korelasi rx1y = 0,809 ; sig < 0,010. 2. Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kecenderungan kepribadian ekstrovert dengan kesejahteraan psikologis, koefisien korelasi rx2y = 0,777 ; sig < 0,010. 3. Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial dan kecenderungan kepribadian ekstrovert dengan kesejahteraan psikologis. Hasil ini ditunjukkan dengan koefisien Freg = 346,958 ; sig < 0,010, maka ketiga hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini dinyatakan diterima. This research aims to saw the social support relationship and the Ekstrovert personality with the psychological well being in the students of SMA Negeri 1 Binjai. This research uses quantitative research methods. The population was 1097 students, the sampling technique was random sampling and the sample was 369 students. Data were collected through a scale of psychological well being scale, social support scale, and an extrovert personality tendency scale. Data analysis techniques uses multiple regression analysis. The hypothesis is proposed; There is a relationship between social support and extrovert personality tendencies with the psychological well being in SMA Negeri 1 Binjai students. Conclusion that; 1. There is a significant relationship of social support with psychological well-being, the correlation coefficient rx1y = 0.809; Sig < 0.010. 2. There is a significant relationship between extrovert personality tendencies with psychological well-being, the correlation coefficient rx2y = 0.777; Sig < 0.010. 3. There is a significant relationship between social support and extroverted personality tendencies with psychological well-being. These results are indicated by the coefficient of Freg = 346.958; Sig < 0.010, the three hypotheses proposed in this study were accepted.en_US
