dc.description.abstractMetode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan perilaku prososial, dukungan sosial dengan kesejahteraan psikologis siswa. Populasi sebanyak 185 dan sampel berjumlah 127 siswa dengan teknik sampling acak. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara Perilaku Prososial dengan Kesejahteraan Psikologis dilihat dari nilai koefisien (Rxy) yang memiliki nilai 0.948 dengan p atau signifikansinya 0.000 < 0.050 dengan kontribusi perilaku prososial terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis sebesar 89.8%. Pada variabel dukungan sosial dengan kesejahteraan psikologis juga terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan yang dilihat dari nilai koefisien (Rxy) yang memiliki nilai 0.920 dengan p atau signifikansinya 0.000 < 0.050 dimana kontribusi dukungan sosial terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis sebesar 84.6%. Hasil serupa dating dari variabel perilaku prososial dan dukungan sosial dengan kesejahteraan psikologis memiliki hubungan positif yang signifikan dengan kontribusi perilaku prososial, dukungan sosial terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis sebesar 92.1%. This research method using quantitative methods. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between prosocial behavior, social support and students' psychological well-being. The population was 185 and the sample was 127 students with random sampling technique. The results showed that there is a significant positive relationship between Prosocial Behavior and Psychological Wellbeing seen from the coefficient value (Rxy) which has a value of 0.948 with p or a significance of 0.000 <0.050 with a contribution of prosocial behavior to psychological well-being of 89.8%. In the social support variable with psychological well-being there is also a positive and significant relationship as seen from the coefficient value (Rxy) which has a value of 0.920 with p or a significance of 0.000 <0.050 where the contribution of social support to psychological well-being is 84.6%. Similar results came from the variables of prosocial behavior and social support with psychological well-being which had a significant positive relationship with the contribution of prosocial behavior, social support to psychological well-being by 92.1%.en_US
