dc.description.abstract | Dalam organisasi pemerintah, keberhasilan dan kelancaran penyelenggaraan tugas pemerintahan sangat bergantung pada kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara. Peneliti melakukan penelitian pada bagian umum Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kinerja ASN pada bagian umum berdasarkan intruksi Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai saat memimpin rapat koordinasi yang mengajak seluruh ASN untuk menunjukkan loyalitas, kemampuan, inovasi, dan kinerja yang terbaik serta disiplin ASN. Serta memberikan tindakan tegas bagi yang tidak mentaatinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kinerja ASN berdasarkan tugas masing-masing aparatur. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode analisis kualitatif dengan menekankan pada indikator kinerja menurut Sedarmayanti, adapun yang menjadi indikatornya ialah prestasi kerja, Keahlian, Perilaku dan Kepemimpinan. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Bagian Umum, Kepala Subbagian Tata Usaha Pimpinan, Staf Ahli dan Kepegawaian, Kepala Subbagian Perlengkapan, Kepala Subbagian Rumah Tangga. Data dikumpulkan berdasarkan teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang peneliti lakukan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja ASN pada bagian umum Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai yang dilihat dari prestasi kerja, keahlian, perilaku, dan kepemimpinan dapat dikatakan baik dengan pelaksanaan target pekerjaan dengan optimal. In government organizations, the success and smooth running of governmental tasks depends on the performance of the State Civil Apparatu. Researchers conducted research at the general section of the Regional Secretariat of Serdang Bedagai Regency. The problem in this study is to analyze the performance of ASN in the general section based on the instructions of the Regional Secretary of Serdang Bedagai Regency when chairing a coordination meeting that invites all ASNs to show their best loyalty, ability, innovation, and performance as well as ASN discipline. As well as providing firm action for those who do not obey it. This study aims to describe the performance of ASN based on the duties of each apparatus. The research method used is a qualitative analysis method by emphasizing the performance indicators according to Sedarmayanti, while the indicators are work performance, expertise, behavior and leadership. Sources of data in this study are the Head of the General Section of the Regional Secretary of Serdang Bedagai Regency, the Head of the Subdivision of Administrative Leadership, Expert Staff and Civil Service, the Head of the Equipment Subdivision, the Head of the Household Subdivision. Data were collected based on data collection techniques by observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques that the researchers used were data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the performance of ASN in the general section of the Regional Secretariat of Serdang Bedagai Regency which was seen from work performance, expertise, behavior, and leadership could be said to be good with optimal implementation of job targets. | en_US |
