dc.description.abstract | Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) merupakan bentuk pendanaan dari Kementrian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan kepada peserta didikberumur 6-21 tahun dengan kriteria siswa yang kurang mampu. Fenomena dalam penelitian ini yaitu belum tepatnya sasaran peserta didik yang mendapatkan bantuan ini, serta penggunaan dana yang masih dikatakan belum efektif karena dana yang digunakan diluar dari tujuan program ini.Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana implementasi program Indonesia Pintar di SMAN 4 Kisaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif bersifat deskriptif yang memberikan gambaran secara jelas tentang permasalahan yang diteliti. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan implementasi peraturan menteri pendidikan dan kebudayaan nomor 10 tahun 2020 tentang program Indonesia pintar pada SMAN 4 Kisaran sudah cukup baik dilihat dari indikator komunikasi, sumber daya, dan struktur birokrasi. Belum tepatnya sasaran peserta didik yang mendapatkan bantuan ini. Saran dalam penelitian ini perlunya ketegasan dari pihak sekolah, dan sebaiknya pihak sekolah harus memperhatikan lagi ketepataan usulan siswa yang kurang mampu. Indonesia Pintar Program (PIP) is a form of funding from the Ministry of Education and Culture for students aged 6-21 years with criteria for underprivileged students. The phenomenon in this study is that the target of students who get this assistance is not yet precise, and the use of funds is still said to be ineffective because the funds used are outside the objectives of this program. This study aims to determine how the implementation of the Smart Indonesia program at SMAN 4 Kisaran. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method that provides a clear description of the problems studied. Data collection techniques used through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study show that the implementation of the regulation of the minister of education and culture number 10 of 2020 regarding the smart Indonesia program at SMAN 4 Kisaran is quite good in terms of indicators of communication, resources, and bureaucratic structure, but the disposition or attitude of the implementers is not good enough. The exact target of students who get this assistance is not yet precise. Suggestions in this study are the need for firmness from the school, and the school should pay more attention to the accuracy of the proposals of underprivileged students. | en_US |
