Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat Pengaruh Self Concept Dan Keterampilan Sosial Terhadap Kematangan Karir Siswa SMK Negeri I Merdeka. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah ada Pengaruh Self Concept Dan Keterampilan Sosial Terhadap Kematangan Karir Siswa SMK Negeri I Merdeka. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian yakni skala kematangan karir, skala self Concept, dan skala keterampilan sosial, sebelum digunakan untuk penelitian ketiga skala dilakukan uji coba terhadap 79 orang siswa kelas XII. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan mulai tanggal 04 Maret 2020 sampai tanggal 07 Maret 2020 terhadap 362 orang siswa kelas X. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : 1). Ada pengaruh positif yang sangat signifikan antara konsep diri terhadap kematangan karir. Hasil ini dapat dilihat dari koefisien korelasi rx1y = 0,572 ; sig < 0,010. Artinya semakin positif konsep diri, maka semakin tinggi kematangan karir. Konsep diri memberikan kontribusi sebesar 32,7% terhadap tinggi rendahnya kematangan karir. 2). Ada pengaruh yang sangat signifikan antara keterampilan sosial dengan kematangan karir, dimana diperoleh koefisien korelasi rx2y = 0,471 ; sig < 0,010. Artinya semakin tinggi keterampilan sosial, maka semakin tinggi kematangan karir. Keterampilan sosial memberikan kontribusi sebesar 22,2% terhadap tinggi rendahnya kematangan karir. 3). Ada pengaruh yang sangat signifikan antara konsep dri dan keterampilan sosial terhadap kematangan karir. Hasil ini ditunjukkan dengan koefisien Freg = 91,935 ; sig < 0,000. Ini menandakan bahwa semakin positif konsep diri dan semakin tinggi keterampilan sosial, maka semakin tinggi kematangan karir. Sebaliknya semakin negatif konsep diri dan semakin rendah keterampilan sosial, maka semakin rendah kematangan karir, diketahui bobot sumbangan dari variabel konsep diri dan keterampilan sosial memberikan pengaruh terhadap kematangan beragama sebesar 33,9%. Artinya kedua variabel (konsep diri dan keterampilan sosial) memberikan kontribusi sebesar 33,9% terhadap tinggi rendahnya kematangan karir. This research aims to see the influence of Self Concept and social skills towards the maturity of career students of SMK Negeri I Merdeka. Hypothesis proposed is the influence of Self Concept and social skills towards the maturity of students career SMK Negeri I Merdeka. The measuring instruments used in the research are the career maturity scale, self Concept scale, and social skill scale, before being used for the third research scale conducted trials of 79 students in grade XII. The research was conducted from 04 March 2020 to 07 March 2020 against 362 grade X students. The results showed: 1). There is a very significant positive influence between the self concept of career maturity. These results can be seen from the correlation coefficient rx1y = 0.572; Sig < 0.010. That means the more positive the concept of self, the higher career maturity. The concept of self contributes 32.7% to the high-low career maturity. 2). There is a very significant influence between social skills with career maturity, where obtained correlation coefficient rx2y = 0.471; Sig < 0.010. That means the higher the social skills, the higher the maturity of the career. Social skills contributed 22.2% to the high-low career maturity. 3). There is a very significant influence between the concept of DRI and social skills towards career maturity. These results are indicated by the coefficient of Freg = 91.935; Sig < 0.000. This signifies that the more positive the concept of self and the higher the social skills, the higher the maturity of the career. Instead of increasingly negative concepts of self and the lower the social skills, the lower the maturity of the career, known weight donations of selfconcept variables and social skills have an influence on religious maturity of 33.9%. This means that both variables (concepts of self and social skills) contributed 33.9% to the high-low career maturity.
