Abstract: | Melihat fungsi gerbang tol adalah memberikan layanan berupa kelancaran arus kendaraan, tanpa hambatan yang menimbulkan kemacetan di gerbang tol Teluk Mengkudu perlu di teliti lebih lanjut. 1.Pengambilan data 2.Pelaksanaan pengumpulan data 3.Pengolahan data. Bulan terpuncak kendaraan yang masuk dan keluar pintu gerbang tol Teluk Mengkudu terjadi pada bulan mei 2019 mencapai 76,676 kendaraan. Dari data tahun 2019 tingkat kedatangan λmasuk = 321 kendaraan/jam diperoleh bahwa kondisi ideal waktu pelayanan (WP) pada gerbang tol teluk Mengkudu sebesar 22,5 detik. Tingkat keluar λkeluar = 738 kendaraan/jam diperoleh bahwa kondisi ideal waktu pelayanan (WP) pada gerbang tol Teluk Mengkudu sebesar 19,4 detik. dengan jumlah gerbang tol pintu masuk 2 unit maka kondisi ideal dengan sisa waktu pelayanan pada gerbang tol Teluk Mengkudu sebesar 6,97 detik. sedangkan data yang ditetapkan dan ditentukan gerbang tol Teluk Mengkudu sebesar 5 detik sesuai waktu yang peraturan mentri PU pada tahun 2014, maka sisa waktu pelayanan pada gerbang tol sebesar 1,97 detik kendaraan/jam.jumlah kendaraan datang dalam antrian (n) sebesar 5 kendaraan dengan sisa waktu kendaraan sebesar 1,97 detik. maka hal ini menujukan bahwa antrian kendaraan masih stabil dan tidak perlu penambahan gerbang. Seeing the function of toll gate is to provide services in the form of smooth flow of vehicles, without obstacles that cause congestion at the toll gate mengkudu bay needs to be researched further. 1.Data retrieval 2.Implementation of data collection 3.Data processing. The peak month of vehicles entering and exiting the Mengkudu Bay toll gate occurred in May 2019 reaching 76,676 vehicles. From the 2019 data the arrival rate = 321 vehicles/hour was obtained that the ideal service time (WP) conditions at the Mengkudu bay toll gate were 22.5 seconds. Exit rate = 738 vehicles/hour obtained that ideal service time (WP) conditions at Mengkudu Bay toll gate of 19.4 seconds. with the number of entrance toll gates 2 units then ideal conditions with the remaining service time at Mengkudu Bay toll gate of 6.97 seconds. while the data set and determined the toll gate of Mengkudu Bay is 5 seconds in accordance with the time set by the pu minister in 2014, then the remaining service time at the toll gate is 1.97 seconds of vehicle/hour.the number of vehicles came in the queue (n) of 5 vehicles with the remaining time of the vehicle of 1.97 seconds. this leads to the fact that the queue of vehicles is still stable and there is no need to add a gate |
