Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: hubungan Internal Locus Of Control Dan Democratic Leadership Style Dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior Pada Personel Satuan Brigade Mobil Kepolisian Daerah Sumatera Utara. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah : ada hubungan Internal Locus Of Control Dan Democratic Leadership Style Dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior Pada Personel Satuan Brigade Mobil Kepolisian Daerah Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap personil Satuan Korps Brigade Mobil Kepolisian Daerah Sumatera Utara dengan jumlah populasi 752 personel dan sampel sebanyak 120 personel, teknik pengambilan data dengan cara metode skala dan diuji cobakan terhadap 30 personil, teknik pengambilan sampel adalah random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknis analisis regresi berganda dan hasil penelitian mengajukan a). Ada hubungan positif antara Internal Locus Of Control dan Democratic Leadership Style dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior hal ini ditunjukkan dengan koefisien Freg = 42,451; sig < 0,001. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka hipotesis yang di ajukan dinyatakan di terima. b). ada hubungan positif antara Internal Locus Of Control dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior dengan koefisien korelasi rx1y= 0,581; sig < 0,001; dan bobot sumbangan efektif sebesar 33,8%. c). Ada hubungan positif antara Democratic Leadership Style dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior, dengan koefisien korelasi rx2y= 0,500; sig < 0,001; dengan bobot sumbangan efektif sebesar 25%. total sumbangan efektif dari kedua variabel bebas terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior adalah sebesar 36,6%. d). Dari hasil ini diketahui bahwa masih terdapat 63,4% pengaruh dari variabel lain terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This study aims for know: the relationship of Internal Locus Of Control and Democratic Leadership Style with Organizational Citizenship Behavior at the North Sumatra Regional Police Mobile Brigade Corps Unit personnel. The proposed hypothesis is: there is a relationship between the Internal Locus Of Control and Democratic Leadership Style with Organizational Citizenship Behavior at the personnel of the North Sumatra Regional Police Mobile Brigade Corps Unit. The population of Brigade Mobil personnel serving in Medan numbered 752 personnel, The research was conducted on 120 personnel of the North Sumatra Regional Police Mobile Brigade Corps, the technique of collecting data by using the scale method which previously tested the 30 personnel, , the sampling technique was random sampling. This research uses technical multiple regression analysis and research results propose a). There is a significant positive relationship between Internal Locus Of Control and Democratic Leadership Style with Organizational Citizenship Behavior, as indicated by the Freg coefficient = 42.451; sig <0.001. Based on the results of this study, the proposed hypothesis was declared accepted. b). there was a significant positive relationship between the Internal Locus Of Control and the Organizational Citizenship Behavior at the personnel of the Mobile Brigade Corps Unit in North Sumatra Regional Police with a correlation coefficient of rx1y = 0.581; sig <0.001; and the weight of effective contributions is 33.8%. c). There is a positive relationship between Democratic Leadership Style and Organizational Citizenship Behavior, with a correlation coefficient of rx2y = 0.500; sig <0.001; with an effective contribution weight of 25%. the total effective contribution of the two independent variables on Organizational Citizenship Behavior is 36.6%. d). From these results it is known that there are still 63.4% of the influence of other variable on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
