Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara iklim organisasi dengan perilaku inovatif pada guru di SMK Musda Perbaungan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 41 orang yang merupakan Guru. Perilaku inovatif adalah tindakan individu untuk menciptakan dan mengadopsi ide-ide/pemikiran atau cara-cara baru guna diterapkan dalam pelaksanaan dan penyelesaian pekerjaan. Iklim organisasi adalah persepsi anggota organisasi menyangkut hal yang berkaitan dengan lingkungan internal organisasi, memperngaruhi sikap, perilaku, dan kinerja anggota organisasi. Sejalan dengan landasan teori yang ada maka hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu ada hubungan positif antara iklim organisasi dengan perilaku inovatif pada Guru. Dengan asumsi semakin tingginya iklim organisasi, maka semakin tinggi pula perilaku inovatif, dan sebaliknya semakin rendah iklim organisasi maka semakin rendah perilaku inovatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala iklim organisasi dengan skala perilaku inovatif. Teknik pengambilan data sampel menggunakan Total Sampling. Berdasarkan koefisien determinan (r2) dari hubungan variabel X dan variabel Y sebesar r2= 0,289, ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara iklim organisasi dengan perilaku inovatif sebesar 28,9%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara iklim organisasi dengan perilaku inovatif sangat kuat. Analisis data menggunakan analisis Pearson Product Moment. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan, maka diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan antara iklim organisasi dengan perilaku inovatif. Hal ini ditunjukkan koefisien rxy = 0,537 dengan p = 0,000 < 0,050 yang berarti hipotesis yang diajukan yaitu ada hubungan positif antara iklim organisasi dengan perilaku inovatif dinyatakan diterima. The aim of this research is to knowing relation between climate organization with innovative behaviour for teachers in vocational high school of Musda Perbaungan. Mount pf sample on this research are fourty one teachers. Innovative Behavior is individual act to create and adopt any idea or new way to applies in problem solving. Climate Organization is a thought of organization member concerned to something that related to organization internal environment, to affect / influencing behaviour, attitude, and performance of organization member. This line with the existing theoritical, The hypothesis that propesed in this research are positive corelation between climate organization with teachers innovative behaviour. By assuming higher the climate organization, more higher the innovative behaviour. Oud otherwise more lower climate organization, more lower the innovative behaviour. Data collecting with using Likert’s scale. This research using climate organization scale with innovative behaviour scale. Collecting data sample using Total Sampling Technique. Based on determinant coefecient (r2) from relation between X variable and Y variable is r2= 0,289. It shown that relation between Climate Organization with Innovative Behaviour is 28,9%. It shown that relation between Climate Organization with Innovative Behaviour are very strong. Analyze data using Pearson Product Moment analyzing. Based on data analyzing that have been did, the result is there are significant relation between climate organization with innovative behaviour. Is showed by coeffecient rxy = 0,537 with p = 0,000 <0,050 it means hypothesis that was proposed there is positive relation between climate organization with innovative behaviour was accepted. |
