dc.description.abstractKeberhasilan suatu organisasi/institusi tidak lepas dari faktor Sumber Daya Manusia-nya. Kualitas unggul dari kepribadian Sumber Daya Manusia dalam sebuah institusi menjadi kebanggan tersendiri dan juga menjadi senjata untuk memajukan suatu Institusi. Begitu juga dalam lingkungan Kepolisian, Sumber daya manusia yang unggul menjadi kunci dalam memajukan institusi POLRI. Fenomena yang terjadi di tempat penelitian saat ini adalah masih banyak terjadi kasus pelanggaran disiplin yang dilakukan oleh anggota satuan Brigade Mobil Polisi Daerah Sumatera Utara. Organizational Citizenship Behavior dipercaya memberikan kontribusi lebih di tempat kerja, Organizational Citizenship Behavior menggambarkan perilaku positf anggota yang loyal terhadap Institusi/organisasi, selain itu Organizational Citizenship Behavior juga dipercaya memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap Senioritas dan Budaya kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara senioritas dan budaya kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah personel Brigade Mobil Polisi Daerah Sumatera Utara yang berdinas di Medan, berjumlah 752 personel, kemudian diambil sampel penelitian sebanyak 120 personel, pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara random sampling. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala dari Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Senioritas dan Budaya Kerja. Data dari penelitain ini akan diuji menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan a) adanya hubungan positif dan kuat antara Senioritas dan Organizational citizenship behavior dengan nilai koefisien korelasi rx1y = 0,557 dan Senioritas memberikan kontribusi sebesar 31%, b) adanya hubungan positif dan sedang antara Budaya Kerja dan Organizational citizenship behavior dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar rx2y = 0,485 dan Budaya Kerja memberikan kontribusi sebesar 23,5%, c) ada hubungan positif dan kuat antara Senioritas dan Budaya Kerja dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior dengan koefisien korelasi rx1x2y = 0,589, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Senioritas dan Budaya Kerja sama-sama memberikan kontribusi sebesar 34,6% terhadao Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka ketiga hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima. The success of an organization/institution cannot be separated from its Human Resources factor. The superior quality of the personality of Human Resources in an institution becomes its own pride and also becomes a weapon to advance an institution. Likewise in the Police environment, superior human resources are key in advancing POLRI institutions. The phenomenon that occurs at the current research site is that there are still many cases of disciplinary violations committed by members of the North Sumatra Regional Police Mobile Brigade. Organizational Citizenship Behavior is believed to contribute more in the workplace, Organizational Citizenship Behavior describes the positive behavior of members who are loyal to the Institution / organization, in addition Organizational Citizenship Behavior is also believed to provide a positive influence on seniority and work culture. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between seniority and work culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The population in this study was the North Sumatra Regional Police Mobile Brigade personnel serving in Medan, amounting to 752 personnel, then taken as many as 120 research samples, sampling taken random sampling. This research is quantitative research. Data collection uses a scale from Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Seniority and Work Culture. Data from this research will be tested using multiple regression analysis. The results showed a) a positive and strong relationship between Seniority and Organizational citizenship behavior with a correlation coefficient value rx1y = 0.557 and Seniority contributed 31%, b) a positive and moderate relationship between Work Culture and Organizational citizenship behavior with a correlation coefficient of rx2y = 0.485 and Work Culture contributes 23.5%, c) there is a positive and strong relationship between Seniority and Work Culture with Organizational Citizenship Behavior with correlation coefficient rx1x2y = 0.589, so it can be concluded that Seniority and Work Culture contribute equally by 34.6% against Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Based on these results, the three hypotheses in this study were accepted.en_US
