Hubungan Empati Dan Personal Distress Terhadap Prilaku Altruistik Siswa SMA Negeri 1 Kutacane

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat: Hubungan Personal Distress Dan Empati Dengan Perilaku Altruistik Pada Siswa Di SMA Negeri I Kutacane. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah : Ada hubungan positif personal distress dengan empati dengan perilaku Altruistik. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 100 Pada Siswa Di SMA Negeri I Kutacane, teknik pengambilan data dengan cara metode skala yaitu skala personal distress skala empati skala Perilaku Altruistik, yang mana sebelumnya ketiga skala tersebut diuji cobakan terhadap 50 siswa/i, Populasi Siswa Di SMA Negeri I Kutacane berjumlah 254 siswa/i, teknik pengambilan sampel adalah random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknis analisis regresi berganda dan hasil penelitian mengajukan, positif dan signifikan antara personal distress (X1) dengan prilaku alturistik siswa (Y) di SMA NEGERI I KUTACANE dengan tingkat korelasi sedang dengan nilai korelasi 0,483 dan nilai kekuatan hubungan sebesar 23,3%. Hubungan antara empati (X2) dengan Prilaku Alturistik (Y) di SMA NEGERI 1 KUTACANE memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan dengan tingkat korelasi kuat, dengan nilai korelasi 0,367 dan nilai kekuatan hubungan sebesar 13,4%. Hubungan antara suasana hati (X1) dan empati (X2) secara bersama-sama dengan perilaku altruistik (Y) di SMA NEGERI I KUTACANE berada pada tingkat korelasinya kuat dimana nilai koefesien korelasi sebesar 0,392 dan nilai kekuatan hubungan sebesar 15,3%. Artinya Hubungan personal distress dan empati dengan perilaku altruistik sebesar 15,3% dalam penelitian ini, dan sisanya 84,6% di pengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Maka dari itu para dewan guru SMAN Negeri I Kutacane memberikan motivasi dan dukungan untuk meningkatkan nilai altruistik didalam diri siswa, dan kepada peneliti berikutnya untuk mencari faktor-faktor lainnya yang berhubungan dengan perilaku altruistik. This research was conducted on 100 students at SMA Negeri I Kutacane, the data collection technique was the scale method, namely the personal distress scale, the empathy scale, the Altruistic Behavior scale, which previously the three scales were tested on 50 students, the total of the Student Population at SMA Negeri I Kutacane is 254 students, the sampling technique is random sampling. This research uses multiple regression analysis techniques and the results of the research propose positive and significant between personal distress (X1) and students' altruistic behavior (Y) in SMA NEGERI I KUTACANE with a moderate level of correlation with a correlation value of 0.483 and a value of relationship strength of 23.3%. The relationship between empathy (X2) and Alturistic Behavior (Y) in SMA NEGERI 1 KUTACANE has a positive and significant relationship with a strong correlation level, with a correlation value of 0.367 and a value of relationship strength of 13.4%. The relationship between mood (X1) and empathy (X2) together with altruistic behavior (Y) in SMA NEGERI I KUTACANE is at a strong level of correlation which the correlation coefficient value is 0.392 and the value of the strength of the relationship is 15.3%. It means that the relationship between personal distress and empathy with altruistic behavior is 15.3% in this study, and the remaining 84.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Therefore, the teacher board of SMAN Negeri I Kutacane provides motivation and supports to increase altruistic values in students, and to the next researchers to look for other factors related to altruistic behavior.
