Abstract: Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Komunikasi Atasan Dan Bawahan Dengan Loyalitas Karyawan PT. Mopoli Raya Medan. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah “ada hubungan positif antara komunikasi atasan dan bawahan dengan loyalitas karyawan”, artinya semakin baik komunikasi atasan dan bawahan semakin tinggi loyalitas karyawan dan sebaliknya apabila komunikasi atasan dan bawahan buruk maka semakin rendah loyalitas karyawan. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan subjek berjumlah 90 orang karyawan. Alat ukur dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala komunikasi atasan dan bawahan sebanyak 30 item (reliabilitas: 0,963) dan skala loyalitas 40 item (reliabilitas: 0,881). Metode analisis data menggunakan korelasi product moment untuk mengetahui bentuk hubungan dan besar nilai variabel komunikasi atasan dan bawahan dalam menjelaskan variabel loyalitas. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan ada hubungan signifikan antara komunikasi atasan dan bawahan dengan loyalitas dimana rxy = 0,538 dengan signifikan p = 0,000 < 0,05 Sehingga hipotesis yang diajukan diterima yaitu ada hubungan positif antara Komunikasi Atasan dan Bawahan dengan Loyalitas pada karyawan. Loyalitas dipengaruhi oleh Komunikasi Atasan dan Bawahan sebanyak 29,0% masih terdapat 71,0% dari faktor lain yang tidak diteliti di penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan empirik, menunjukkan bahwa karyawan pada PT. Mopoli Raya memiliki loyalitas dan komunikasi atasan dan bawahan tergolong baik. The research objective was to determine the correlation communication between manager and employee with employee loyalty at PT. Mopoli Raya Medan. The hypothesis proposed in this study is "there is a positive correlation of comunnication between manager and employee with employee loyalty", meaning that the more better the communication between manager and employee the higher employee loyalty and vice versa if the communication between manager and employee is bad, the lower employee loyalty. Researchers used quantitative research methods with subjects totaling 90 employees. The measuring instrument in this study used a communication scale of manager and employee as many as 30 items (reliability: 0.963) and a loyalty scale of 40 items (reliability: 0.881). The data analysis method uses product moment correlation to determine the form of the relationship and the value of the communication variables of superiors and subordinates in explaining the loyalty variable. The results of data analysis show that there is a significant correlation between communication between manager and employee with loyalty where rxy = 0.538 with a significant p = 0.000 <0.05. So that the proposed hypothesis is accepted, that is, there is a positive correlation between communication between manager and employee with employee loyalty. Loyalty is affected by the Communication Between Manager and Employee as much as 29.0% there are still 71.0% of other factors not examined in this study. Based on the results of empirical calculations, it shows that employees at PT. Mopoli Raya has relativity good loyalty and communication between manager and employee.
